Had use services at Waverley care for many years, volunteered, arranged a very successful charity even and raised lots of money.
My view over the past 5 years, has gone down hill so much, service for gay men are now next to nothing compared to past.
So many unqualified members of staff who have such a bad attitude, some out for their own needs.
Definitely need a new charity to take over Edinburgh, Waverley care seem to have forgot all the help they had from the gay community back at the beginning.
New management is needed and a clear out of many staff that aren't qualified.
Can't stress enough how this place has let so many people down in the past 5 years.
I hope many service users come forward and express their views.
Something seriously needs to be done to bring this shambles back to what it once was.
