They advertise as luxurious apartments. They have the largest waterbugs crawling daily into your apartment no matter how much you clean. I rented a one bedroom apartment by the water. During winter, my bedroom was colder that the temperature outside. Two years in that place and could only sleep in my bedroom during the warm months, the rest I had to sleep on my couch in the living room. One of the many workers that they sent to my apartment told me that they do that (send different workers) every time a person complaints when they do not want to spend money in repairs. Horrible place to live!!! By the way, parking is not assigned, and they keep taking parking spaces away to obligate tenants to rent their expensive parking rental.

It was fantastic. The staff were warm and friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Daly. He made filling out the necessary paperwork effortless. I loved the offices and decor as well!! Very comfortable!

Wavecrest Management are slumlords! They purchased the 923 KELLY Street building in The Bronx almost a year ago. They knew the building wasn't up to code but instead of repairing all the apartments they slapped a new coat of paint in the hallways and still refuse to answer our phone calls! I am the community organizer for the building and my fire escape window is broken to the point where if you try to get out during a fire the window will slam down on you. Do you even know how scary that is! They think by ignoring us we will simply leave so they can get more money for the slum... WE WON'T LEAVE, but we will fight. Communities belong to the tenants and not the slumlords.

The application process took forever but that wasn't the worst part. Now that I am living in one of their apartments I can see that this management company doesn't care about anything. Walls weren't properly painted, cheap fixtures, the cooling and heating system in my apartment never worked properly, intercom hardly works in my apartment and I never received a card to open the door downstairs. I also have a newborn and requested a transfer into a bigger apartment and they told me no because I needed to live here for a year and that there aren't anymore apartments for my income which is probably a lie. I also asked for an updated lease since I notified them of a change in my family composition & they refuse to do so. I have called several times and have been transferred. They are incompetent and RUDE!!! Especially the Director of Leasing & Compliance. There is literally no need to be THAT rude to people. Hopefully the heating and cooling issue will be resolved before the winter gets here. HORRIBLE! The building is supposedly new and is already falling apart smh.

I WISH I CAN GIVE NO STARS***** I have lived at 3620 Webster Avenue for 3 years, as a resident, I found myself not able to express issues or concerns. The cleanness and the maintenance of the building are not up kept by the super. The only floor that is cleaned daily is the first floor. I have made multiple complaints the cleanness is still horrible. It's unfortunate how tenants can be disregarded because of the area where the building is located, I am sure if this building was located on 5th avenue, I will not be typing my concerns. Wavecrest Management is the worst management service, but because people need a placed to live they do not care how their tenants are treated. If you looking for a management company please look elsewhere. Our money is not being used for the tenant to live comfortably.

Wavecrest: When there is a water outtage, please make the announcement complex or building wide. Too many water outtages come up last minute as "emergencies" without estimated timeline in sight, leaving residents in the dark on a routine basis. Communications is lacking on Wavecrest's end. Please fix your communications practice.

I called the mayor office many times n they reached out to you guys. The so call help u think provided is nothing. Now me n my kids r sick but me have it the worse and now because of yall I will have to deal with these problems for life. For the last 3 yrs mold. I believe the next step is to get a lawyer and call the news and show the mayor, the city and the ppl that nothing good was done when the city decided to give yall help to fix our complex but only made it worse
