Wish I could give less than one star. I would advise HR personnel to look elsewhere for a COBRA administrator. Be extremely wary dealing with this company. You will receive a letter and email that states that your coverage is activated when they receive payment. THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE. They only send feeds to the carriers once a week. Therefore, you will not technically be covered by your insurance until ten days or more. You will not know this until you need to use your benefits and realize you have none. If you have employees with debilitating illnesses or chronic health conditions they cannot afford to wait two weeks to have health coverage. This is serious fraud that not enough professionals are taking seriously.
Interviewed there found some bugs on there site and then they pull out on a job offer. I would never connect with this company again, as they claim to be family centric. Just really can't trust what people put in writing.
