Very nicely built resort with good location and facilities.
Running hot water during winters is somewhat of an issue as they have solar water heater system with limited capacity.
Food is ok. Cooperative staff.

Worst part is receptionist and their response time...

Worst part is receptionist and their response time , if you ask for water even it takes 30 minutes so not at all recommended. WiFi doesn't work inside room, room services phone doesn't work so all in all had a very bad experience.

Space is good and pool and lawns are good.

Considering the investment that the owner has put ...

Considering the investment that the owner has put in the resort relating to the infra set-up is comparitively way too much when you weigh it against the quality of house-keeping and support staff and restaurant staff. The staff needs professional training. Hope the owner adressess this issue with some seriousness.

I am visiting with my family ago few days .Staff behaviour is not so good.Poor and late service.Need to be improved in terms of staff behaviour and services.Specially Reception and Restaurant staff.
Apart from this,resort as excellent Ambience with good view. Rooms are well furnished.Good options for rides and day out

Absolutely Disgusting professionals in the hotel. Having booked via MMT platform, the hotelier denied having any reservations citing they had cancelled the booking.

No such intimation via emails or from the principal i.e. MMT. MMT confirms the booking does exists & is still confirmed. However the hotel manager persisted denying the fact & was absolutely adamant. Highly unprofessional & lack sense of generic treatment to customers. The hotelier even didn't bothered to resolve issues. Importantly, another customer too did face this same issue. The worst part none in the hotel even bothered to pay attention to us. However, it was evident that the hotel Manager & the reception team had something to do with the cancellations to which they were murmuring as to how to avoid this situation. Cheap & freaking fellows hired to nothing !!!!

ADVICE - Avoid going to this Hotel.
