They undertook a really tricky opening rooflight job for us in Cambridge and I thought they were splendid. It wasn't straightforward to get in place and it required a number of callbacks to get it all snug, but they did this very professionally and we are pleased with the overall outcome.
A building project can be stressful but dealing with Cantifix made the whole process much more enjoyable and the team were a pleasure to deal with. After the project completed Cantifix remained within our budget and there were no surprising extras.

Rarely leave reviews but I simply cannot go on without thanking the entire Cantifix team for the transformative effect their project has had. From our initial meeting with Nicola and our design meetings with Gareth we were never left in any doubt of the quality of the service.
Even the installation team (I think the gentleman was called Sergio) went above and beyond to leave us feeling reassured that everything was executed with care and craft. Nothing seemed to stop them, they were first class, even when we asked them not to wear their boots indoors, which I feel was a bit harsh now looking back.
Ultimately though the final finished product should be what they're judged against and I couldn't be happier, our house is transformed, as is our lives and we owe it to the vision and execution of a team at the top of their trade.
Highly recommended. As Contractors we've worked with a number of architectural glass companies, but none has been as client focused as Cantifix. Knowledgable and helpful from start to finish . Great communication throughout and great product.

I approached Cantifix for an extension project. I happened to mention a competitor in my query as my architect had recommended the competitor. The reply I received from Cantifix was a defensive note about how the competitor was inferior and that if I was considering them, then I mustn't be able to afford the Cantifix product. I hadn't even provided my budget! They decided it wasn't worth their time to quote for my business. Dodged a bullet it seems!
Unfortunately, I would have to agree with the negative reviews on here with regards to the service and professionalism. I asked if the people I had been liaising with were the only people working for the company just so I could understand why it was taking a while to produce a quote, and in response I was asked if I'm "usually that rude", and I was also told that "there's nothing interesting about replacing [my] broken rooflight. And that they "won't be providing [me] with a quotation", which is completely bizarre and uncalled for, but I apologised nonetheless as I most certainly did not want to come across as rude to anyone. I've looked into the company and I can see that it's a family business, and the person I liaised with - Charlie (or maybe Charles) Sharman - is a part of the family, and potentially a director of the business, so I just wanted to write a quick review to let others know of my experience as it may be difficult to resolve issues with if they occur.
We found the team at Cantifix to be professional, knowledgeable and were grateful for their flexibility in terms of understanding/adapting to late design changes - the customer service was great. They really took the time to explain stuff to us (two people with limited knowledge on glazing). The final product/work quality has been excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Beautiful products, knowledgable staff and the company had the patience of saints dealing with my complete lack of knowledge of structural glazing! Installed on time (only just!) and I love showing off my new doors to the neighbours - they're thinking of using Cantifix too
I requested a quote and did not get a response within the expected timeframe. I had to call twice to get an update and they made it clear that the cost of the work fell below their preferred minimum spend. Not a great experience for potential customers.
