Unfortunately, I would have to agree with the negative reviews on here with regards to the service and professionalism. I asked if the people I had been liaising with were the only people working for the company just so I could understand why it was taking a while to produce a quote, and in response I was asked if I'm "usually that rude", and I was also told that "there's nothing interesting about replacing [my] broken rooflight. And that they "won't be providing [me] with a quotation", which is completely bizarre and uncalled for, but I apologised nonetheless as I most certainly did not want to come across as rude to anyone. I've looked into the company and I can see that it's a family business, and the person I liaised with - Charlie (or maybe Charles) Sharman - is a part of the family, and potentially a director of the business, so I just wanted to write a quick review to let others know of my experience as it may be difficult to resolve issues with if they occur.
