A nice environment and the workers there are so helpful and kind

The employees are very nice and understanding, the children's area is very nice and organized, overall its a very nice area to study! Would rate again.

It's a pretty good place to talk to people and read a good book. But I have a question. Are there gaming tournaments held here by any chance?

Library is good Notaries are good and helpful. The children play area female staff working on Sunday is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I am thinking not going to library because of her.

My kids Love the Library, this is the coolest place ever and the most greatest staff I have ever met!

Open your library at 9am Monday- Saturday morning like other libraries, Waukegan. PS. Thanks for making me wait until 10am what is this a shopping mall?

Great selection of new releases of DVDs, Blu-Rays and even some PS4 and XBOX 1 games. Also a large selection of older films, games and DIY vids/documentary/educational materials too. Employees are well mannered, polite and extremely helpful as well.

Quiet and clean atmosphere GOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH but the downside definitely has to be the hours. I wish they opened earlier and closed later to be more readily available to the community--that's the only con I have for it.

This library is fantastic! There are a ton of opportunities for everyone in the community! There are adult book clubs, programming for kids, great play area for kids, modern meeting spaces that can be rented, etc. I love coming here! The staff is always friendly and helpful!

I love this library. Good wifi. Nice workers (just 1 I know is rude) nice people. Library is really clean. Everything is good. I just dont like how you can only get 6 movies. (But there's a lot of good movies.

I like px that they have many programs especially for children starting from 3ms and tutoring for students a great variety of books. What I don't like is the way some of the employees are, then they are kind of bad

The best library experience ever! Top notch employees that are personable and knowledgeable. All the latest books from all my favorite authors. Fantastic hours!

It has a wonderful children s area. Great for 10 and under but really great for 5 and under!

I'm here all the time, the librarians, security, and assistants are all helpful and nice. Books, and movies can be ordered from another library if not stationed here. It's a nice selection of books in stock, however the movies tv series selection are missing seasons. May have 1 but not 2, 3, etc. Which is irritating.

Always get validated parking from the library or county building at lest 2hours off daily parking time or use hinkston park at least a free lot..

Me and my girls love this library they have a great learning center as well as computers for all ages and the play room is the best!! I like the arts and crafts table and reading time. And movie sunday.

dont go to this place at all the staff are nosy the security dont know how to do their job right and they always blame you for every little thing they need to find better staff and fire the staff they have.

Library is nice but the men that work there are rude my son was cooing and laughing who is 11mths old and he told me in Spanish and I clearly speak English to get my son from laughing its library. Its a library but kids also like coming there I can't make my 11mth stop cooing or laughing. Other then that everything is fine.

It's a nice library and clean however the only complaint I have to give is from some of the current employees. I took my 2 year old son because someone told me how nice of a place it was for children to enjoy themselves... now I know it's a library but kids are kids. My son was playing along with some other children and they were laughing and making noise having fun and a worker came along and told them to be quiet because it wasn't a park where they can play and also told them to put some of the toys away because they didn't belong where the children had took them in a very rudely tone.
Correct me if I'm wrong but children like to have fun that's what the whole point of children area is for right? Why else would they have things for them to play with. We clean up after they are done.

This library offers a lot of services to their patrons. The staff is friendly and informative. The bathrooms are nasty and need to be checked and cleaned more often (upstairs and downstairs). The hours of service are not good for the patrons.

Me and my parents mommy & daddy and all my sisters we went there this awesome place public library and librarians are really nice and my dad loves to print pictures in the computer and i want to print pictures and check out books in this awesome place

I love the remodel its clean, comfortable, nice environment to do homework, read, gaming charge you phone etc.. the kids area downstairs is set up so great my 5 year old loves it its entertaining and has alot where the kids can learn as well as play.
