I went for interview on 6 years experience but they wanted to give TL post,so seems company very small but HR was telling it's product based company.
The guy who was attending during debugging, he was speaking hindi only , I hardly heard single English word. Even the person who gave result his communication was not good. HR seems seems to giggling when she was asking multiple questions about why did you change so many questions. Hiring process consists debugging followed by project design followed by technical plus manager.
So in small companies the problem is that they will fire at anytime and some of the company they won't give notice period pay out.
Before starting of rounds, hr was asking why did you change 4 companies in 6 years etc etc. The attendance policy is finger based that means you have to have go office for attendance and spend whole day to complete 8 hrs.

I was part Services team in Drishti Soft Solutions, Gurugram more than two years.
This is the worst company I have ever seen my life.
They hire people by writting PHP developer but once you get selected they will ruin your career by giving you other works.
You cannot trust your seniors here. Once you will leave this company you will have no value in the market. A person with 6 months of experience in PHP will have better knowledge than you.
If you are going for the interview into this company then you are digging your own grave.

A suggestion for the clients of this company or if you want to be their, you better find someone will else otherwise you will regret.
