They fired my friend after 5 years of working for this company with absolutely no warnings or write ups of any kind prior to being let go (used At Will Employment). I refuse to trust a company that would do this to its more loyal employees.

We have to comment about our experience with Vicki Cooke, the Regional Sales Manager for Watkins Wellness. Vicki and her husband spent most of their Saturday delivering and installing our Hot Springs Spa cover as well as providing helpful information on maintaining our spa. They went out of their way to help us. Incredible customer service! Thank you both!

The hot tub is nice . . . when it works. Customer service on the other hand, inept and certainly not timely. Two years with recurring issues and even one replacement hot tub as a result of horribly botched repair efforts by their service affiliate in our area. The remote control frequently fails to operate, has been replaced 4 times and it not working now. It has been a week and their response to my repeated communications has been nearly nothing. Certainly not an experience commensurate with their ad campaign and slogans. Quite honestly, the opposite. The stress relief supposed to be provided by the hot tub pales in comparison to the stress caused by the amount of effort expended dealing with issues and poor customer service

Use to work here from manpower agency I work for one year it was good but then we got a new supervisor call Lupe she though she had everything under control she took air swiping away thinking it was bad for us just because other department didn't know how to handle air swiping lol I've work with some welding companies before air swiping scaring this people lol or this lady. new people came in they made me train them and then after they learn from me they told me They had to let me go because there was no work lol after i train them lol after I leave this company I heard a lot of bad things of this company. Every company needs a good supervisor men

Desert Hot Tubs was great for a dealer however my experience with the product they sell hasn't been good. Bought a very high end Caldera and the quality is not good, handles and jets have fallen off and needed to be glued back on. Worst of all Spa started leaking after 6 months and it's like pulling teeth to get them to come out under warranty AND I have to pay for it!
We have been waiting weeks to have it repaired, in the meantime our new concrete is stained and has moss growing on it!

Update: tech showed up after 2 weeks, spent 30 minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem. Absolutely assured me it was taken care of, Spa still leaks. Guess I can look forward to many more phone calls and 2 weeks more of waiting. What a joke for after sales service and support.

926/17 spa is still leaking techs cannot even move it due to size and weight, waiting on a crane. Biggest joke ever. Do not waste your money on their products.

Our spa had to be replaced for a warranty issue and it's been over a year and they still have not finished their end of the deal. Repeated emails, phone calls back and forth to Ben Harper have resulted in nothing but unfulfilled promises.

Watkins needs to clean house and restructure their senior management and customer service which is a joke. COVID interrupted supply chain in our case for 7 months and I understand that. What is unacceptable is the stonewalling and lack of updates from Watkins. I only wanted answers and updates which customer service could not give. I could not get through to any management to get updates. The company's management has built a wall between themselves and customers. Unacceptable! Fix it or leave. Without customers there is no company.

I ve been working at Watkins Wellness for 2.5 years now and I LOVE it just like if it was my first day at work.
They help me grow and become the person that I am today in the wellness business.
If you love challenges and to challenge yourself and feel better about yourself then I suggest you to look at this company.

Since Watkins acquired Endless Pools the EP service is become so poor that I sometimes wish I never bought the Endless Pool. The Endless Pool is a good product with some serious design flaws that result in repeated parts replacements. The EP is a *very* finicky product. Do not buy this if you do not have an abundance of patience and a good budget for ongoing maintenance and repairs.It is actually impossible to get any warranty credit for failed parts.
