Watkins needs to clean house and restructure their senior management and customer service which is a joke. COVID interrupted supply chain in our case for 7 months and I understand that. What is unacceptable is the stonewalling and lack of updates from Watkins. I only wanted answers and updates which customer service could not give. I could not get through to any management to get updates. The company's management has built a wall between themselves and customers. Unacceptable! Fix it or leave. Without customers there is no company.
