Waterloo Care Home Reviews

My mother has been in Waterloo since January 2020. It was a very difficult decision that we had to make for mum. But she has improved so much with wonderful care and the staff have been so brilliant in such a tough time. We feel they are open and honest and an extension to our family. Through lockdown she has had far more social interaction than would have been possible at home. We been able to visit and FaceTime which has been invaluable.
We are very grateful for all the care staff.

Nice & friendly staff who work hard for the residents

We think the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. They answer any question we may ask.They care for our brother/brother in law really well. If he has any problems they always phone us to explain ,also, if we agree with decisions to be made on his behalf. We would recommend Waterloo Care Home to anyone.

This is a first class home. Thank you all for your devotion to my mother who spent her last few months with your amazing team.

Staff I have met have all been very accommodating and helpful.
I have received updates with rules around the home that fall in-line with the current legislation and rules regularly so know when I can and can not go for a visit.
I ve not looked around the home in person due to COVID- but was given a virtual tour - this is to protect their residents.

Thank you very much for the way you looked after our dad while he was living at Waterloo with patience, kindness and respect. Thank you all !

My father is here and the staff are amazing. Always a happy place to visit and a homely feel. I never worry about the care he is receiving I know it s first class when I m not there. Thank you Waterloo Care Home.
