In the top 3 nicest waterparks in Ohio for sure!!!!

It was great, but I went on a super hot day and just after breaks you could be sweating bullets.

This is Perfect for children! The water slides are perfect for school aged children! There is something for everyone ages 0 to 100 +

I will never come back to this place again!!! 3 drownings in one day!! To many people were let in to the pools and the lifeguards not paying attention to the swimmers.

This park is great for small kids, definitely not for teenagers. Mine were completely bored!

Not accommodating for out of towners. My husband and I took our 2 kids here while we are on vacation. Knowing it was a water park we didn't want to bring extra stuff. I didn't bring my ID ( my husband did) and they made me drive the hour back to where we were staying to get my ID. Even though we were in line for 40 mins. Then they made me stand in line another 40 mins even though they knew I had to go get my ID. They also don't accept cards. Cash only.

Gets a little crowded sometimes, but kids love it and they are observing Social Distancing guidelines and cleaning frequently!

This place has really gone down hill... fast. The city pushes and pushes for you to buy a membership. Once you buy one, if it rains or is too cold, you can go to the Natatorium, but you have to pay (*discounted rates) to swim there. It's policies about swimwear are not enforced, so if you are o.k. with seeing people in underwear swimming, you'll be fine. Kids/teens also go through bags that don't belong to them, looking for, and taking whatever they want, so watch your belongings! Other than that, it's a great place to go!

After driving a half an hour to get here we waited 45 minutes in line to hear another customer complain that they wouldn t accept her ID. So we asked, and she said that they don t accept the ones with the hole punch that they need the new ID to get in. I called while in line to verify. The only way they will accept the hole punched ID if you have the paperwork they gave you. NOT LISTED ANYWHERE ON THE SITE!!! Thankfully the lady in line told us, because we would ve wasted a lot more time.

Been taking my kids here for over a decade. FUN place for kids with reasonable prices!!

Its small, more for children. I wish the low prices were for everyone and not just for residents. The staff were very lazy. The lady who was working the slides was wrapped up in a blanket refusing to help 2 children who were struggling to go down the slide because she was cold. One little girl fell face down on the slide, and another hit her head and was flopping around. They need a proper guideline to follow while going down the slide. So children wont get hurt. Also kids were peeing on the stairs while waiting to go down the slide, so it smelled like pee the whole time. The tubes in the lazy river could be bigger, and inflated more. They were all flat, especially on the slide, which made it harder to go down.

Great place to bring your family, especially if you have younger children. Staff was friendly and prices were fair.

Water temperature was chilly but my grandson had a great time. I am a little confused as to why little ones are not allowed to wear life jackets on the water slides. Admission is a little pricey but the concession stand ou s priced reasonably and the food is decent.

Great hidden jewel for the family during the summer! Never ending fun in the pool!

Very fun outing during the summer time. Love to go back and have fun again. Very clean restrooms. The staff was polite and nice.

It's nice but I think that the passes are worth a little bit of the price because, the price is high just for line skipping and getting in earlier

Overall place is a blast for kids. Really like to see them put a multi million dollar expansion into the place. It's really more for young kids and not so much teenagers or adults. It needs more extreme water slides, zip lines, deep water pool and basketball courts.

Nice place and not too expensive for Cuyahoga falls members. I think it's stupid my 4 year old isn't tall enough to go in the lazy river! Also, I wish they could be open through Labor Day. At least on the weekends until then would be nice!!

It was horrible first my aunt and my other aunt were not swimming they were watching me and my cousins and still had to pay full price for no reason they are not using the facility and then the park closes at 8 and they decided to close the park 2 hours early and wouldn't give us a re-fund which is bs

What a great value for a day of fun! We love the water slides and the lazy river the most. It can get a bit crowded and obviously with any public place, some people can be rude, but it's still a great place to be. The consessions are reasonably priced and pretty good, too.

I don't go 2 the pool. It's horrible and overpriced but the park in the back is great!

Very stupid!!!!!! They have a rule where 16 and over NEED to have a driver's license or ID to get in. So there are some people who like to wait to get their license, THEY AREN'T ALLOWED IN!!! What about handicapped people are they just not allowed to come to the park? And what do they expect us to do get an ID from the state just to come to their stupid park?! No that's just freaking stupid!!!!!!

One of the best places for family and kids in Akron/Cuyahoga Falls.

Nice water park for our young grand daughter..... especially since we use our silver sneakers to get in free!

I grew up going to Waterworks and always enjoyed spending many hour at the park now it's open from June 8th and closes on August 17th or 18th ridiculously short season and even as a resident my son and I who is 14 and I'm an adult cost $22 for just two of us they should open as early as possible and stay open through Labor Day like they used to

Great facility. Fun for all ages. Spectacular people watching.

I love this place so much everyone so nice and there's so much lifeguards and I go to places where there's lifeguards because you know thank you Whaterworks makers and people who work there so much

There are many activities you can do. Also it is cheap.

Never again!!! This place is too pricey and isn t worth it. If you live in cuyahoga falls it isn t pricey but if you re not a cuyahoga falls resident it cost too much!! 3 people for 40 dollar and it isn t worth it. I just want them to just change the rule like make all people have the same price no matter where you live! It s not worth it and too pricey!!!!!

Parking lot was absolutely packed but still enough room inside for everyone

This is a great place to take your family. Calling it a "city pool" is a definite under sell...slides, fun sprinklers and a lazy river...covid spacing was good....staff was friendly and plentiful.

Nice place for families! Not to far from home. It s a lil pricey but it s worth it. My kids love it!! I m definitely coming back!!!!

Very nice but crowded. Not really handicap capped seating. More like beach recliners. Next will bring my own chair

I have been to this place before and the lady river is not my favorite but it is good. The water slide the one u can compete again send somebody to a race is my favorite it s so nice, the water is so warm cause people peed in there oof

I love water works and they have a good deal on the passes when if you get them early enough it's a really good deal

Lovely little water park to beat the heat. My kids love this place.

I wish the tubing river was cleaner. Saw lots of particles in the water including a giant spider that crawled on me. Otherwise it was decent.

Water Works is great for families and especially younger children. The zero depth entry is fantastic and all the slides and water features make it great fun.

Packed, Rude people there, concession stand employees were rude, life guard didn't worry about kids running, kids jumping off side on to my 6 year old, but worried about my 8 year old daughter backfloat swimming aid. Plus kids pooped in the pool while I was there. Sad, because it could, and used to be, an amazing place years ago when I went.

Not inexpensive if you're not a member or resident. And don't forget ID if you're an adult, they won't let you in. They have a snack bar with pretty good pizza. A lot for kids to do, but the grounds (cement) could be cleaner.

We had a great time we were there for 6and half hrs. And they have plenty of grlls!

This wonderful swim park and picnic area is one of Cuyahoga Falls Mainstays. Just a great great place to bring your kids and or picnic, play baseball, hike, fish Etc. Safe, clean very spacious area!

Kids had a great time! Nice facilities, all the park needs is more inner tubes.
