An employee turnover so high they should have an admissions department for new employees--many dont even stay as long as the students. The current administration has set up a revolving door of new teachers and staff. Instead if figuring out what long-term vision and direction they (administration) have for the school, they'd rather cut good people with potential out and bring in someone new. Among them are people that the current administration even brought in (why did you even hire them in the first place? Clearly no sense of direction). Some of the reasons for letting these people go are based on nothing more than differing personalities. If you let 50+ people go over 4 years for petty reasons, you need new leadership. If you're considering employment here consider it temporary and have a Plan B. If you're sending a student here, just be prepared for your tuition to go to the many unemployment benefits they are required to pay for wrongly letting people go.
