Horrible experience! I came in with a few rolexs and the snobby lady said they were fake. My husband and I felt unwelcomed. Turns out they were real rolexs. Will not be going back! We wont recommend them to anyone!
To date I've bought 4 Rolex watches here over a 15 yr. period,
and have always had good price and respect as a customer.
Quite disappointed to have bought my watch from them, only to find out 2weeks later that the watch was losing 40secs/day and had a very low amplitude. Expected more than from a pawn shop

I bought a Rolex from Charlie and I love it! The price was where it should have been, and I didn't feel any "car salesmen" sales tactics happening. Some things to note:
1) I have a friend who has in the past owned a pawn shop. He told me, "whenever we had a Rolex come in we always called Charlie to authenticate it and he usually purchased it from us, he is an expert!" He did business with him for years without a complaint.
2) I don't look like I should own a Rolex, let alone afford one. I was treated with respect and courtesy while he showed me watches. Excellent Transaction.
3) All his watches are 100% OEM.
I recently purchased a Tudor Black Bay 58 from Watches Etc and I had an excellent experience. As opposed to many online watch retailers, Watches Etc provided fast, honest and courteous service. They answered my questions promptly, were willing to bargain a little on price and offered very fast shipping at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend using Watches Etc for your next watch purchase, either through their website or via Chrono24 or eBay. They're a good old-fashioned brick and mortar boutique with great service.

Made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I do have many tattoos, but I make good money and appriciate fine craftsmanship like rolex. If I were less of a person, I might judge them for being in such a crappy neighborhood that they need bars on their windows and feel the need to judge people. I will take my money elsewhere.

Waste of time. I called ahead and told them I had several watches and what brand they were. Upon arriving, the gentleman made me feel as though I was bothering him. It took him all of about 2 minutes to evaluate 16 watches. While they weren t Rolex there were Movados, Concords and Ebels. Some of them never worn. He was very dismissive and said there was not enough resale for them. A mint condition Movado has no resale? I m not sure if if he thought I stole them or what. Had he spent more than two minutes he would have seen my name on the registration cards in the cases. Had he spent more than two minutes he could have explained why there was no resale on all of these watches. I m not upset about them not buying any of the watches because I have had them stored away for years anyway. I just think their level of customer service is very lacking. Not a place I would return to or recommend.
Charlie has been servicing my watches for years. Whether a link needs to be taken out of a Breitling for sizing or a battery for the old Tag Heuer, they do it with a smile and profound professionalism. Great selection of high end watches.

My wife and I both bought Rolex watches at Watches Etc earlier this week. Neither of us are knowledgeable when it comes to luxury watches. Our experience was excellent! The gentlemen helping us were very helpful and patient, answering our questions and spending time with my wife as she looked at numerous watches before finally selecting one. We are very happy with our new watches and highly recommend this business.

Had a Rolex for sale on Ebay and was contacted by Scott at Watches Etc, and he made me an offer to purchase it directly which I accepted. Upon arrival, I was intercepted by a cranky old man who seemed to be upset that the deal was not made by him and proceeded to find nonsensical excuses to not purchase it. Including insinuating the bracelet may not be original which he knows is not true. Wasted 40 minutes of driving each way. Sketchy all the way around.

The lady who has always helped me is always kind and caring and responsive. The boss himself almost always acts like he'd rather not deal with you. Why would I spend money there?
So I took my watch In there to get looked at not to sell just wanted to know more about it the old guy told me it was worth like 400 nothing special
He then said he'd buy it for 400 turns out it's worth 2500 even if it didn't work and that is rare I got it from my granddad after he passed and wouldn't have sold it even if he'd have told me more money but I left knowing nothing more then when I came in and now the second's hand isn't moving after he opened it to look at
This place is awesome , I purchased one from them already ,I am always treated nice when going in there and I appreciate the small family owned atmosphere , by reading some previous comments I don't think the people leaving comments have shopped for Rolex watches and other high end brands in other stores , this place is the best !
Was just in there with a friend to look at a few watches and they all looked at us funny almost like we were going to steal . Not sure why we do not look ragtag .. Anyway if rather drive to Dallas or fly to Miami to buy a used Rolex ! Just made us both feel unwelcome and uncomfortable !!
