I couldn't be happier with the company that bought the land where I grew up as well as where I raised my children. The people of Pedcor have been compassionate and wonderful through the whole process. I can't wait to see the end result of their development.

Horrible company trying to move section 8 into the North Side of San Antonio. They bait and switch development plans to screw over the community and the real estate values of hard working Texans. Beware of any development plans going into your community by PEDCOR. Petition your city, county and state representatives to block their development plans until they are fully disclosed!!!!
DON'T let them build in your town. These people are a bunch of crooks!!!
Texas For TEXANS!!! This Company from Indiana is destroying our beautiful neighborhood with horrible buildings in San Antonio, Texas. Keep them away or lets make them go away. This is Texas Don't MESS WITH TEXAS!! Lets push them back to their horrible state!!
If I could give less than one star I would!!! This company is down right BS! I called to talk to Jamie, she was VERY rude and disrespectful! I called to make a complaint about an apartment complex and she proceeded to be rude and down right unprofessional! She cut me off MULTIPLE times and her response to my question was simple: "Keep leaving voicemail's" she had no other response, no i'm sorry's on behalf of "her company", no i'll see about that ma'am...NOTHING! It took everything in my power not to curse this woman out during that drawn out useless phone call (that's how bad it was). I was an past tenet and I have recommended these apartments to many people (who by the way live there now or in the past) and I had nothing but good things to say about this company, but after today, I have nothing good to say about this Jamie person or "her company", she claims she is the "head" of the company...FIRE HER! She is unprofessional, nasty, and RUDE! I will take my business elsewhere. this is not a recommended company, especially with this "Jamie" lady as the "head". Very disappointed in my experience!!
