Relatively clueless. I told the guy what I need but in a larger size. He told me unless I could tell him what it was specifically he couldn't help. Maybe I should just order online, from someone else if I can get that far.
They don't have everything bur as an industrial, military and commercial tool supplier who the F does except McMaster. McM will likely have it but it's going to cost you.. Kipper does a good job of keeping a good supply of industrial / military tools in stock for the average user except for 6 foot 12,000 lb lifting straps. They will always help you solve the problem however so 8 you just want to get it done safely, They will hook you up. If you already know how to get it done... you might have to make a few trips...
Horrible service, as a owner op truck driver for one of the best companies they took 4 hrs to unload 48 skids wouldn't even talk to me when I went in to check on status. Poor poor service.
