Waste Ventures India Review

It's not so convenient for working people. They have a calendar where you can choose the date and time slot. I have had timing issues everytime I booked, which is atleast half a dozen times. I book a time slot of 4:30 to 7:30pm so that I'll be back from work by then. but then everytime they send a message saying they will come between 10:30am-1:30pm. When you call the number that is provided for the pick-up driver, he's always rude and says "this is the time we can come, you don't have any option. Later we won't come". When you call the number on the website the guy says everyone is more comfortable if the pick-up happens early. That's why the change of timings. My question is, how would they know who is comfortable with what time, because I have never received any call from anyone asking me if it's okay to come in the morning. It's just a decision they take themselves as per the convenience of the route the driver takes throughout the day. If that is the case, then why have time slots on the website when you can't adhere to them. You could just as well give dates and say the pick-up will happen anytime during the day. That way people will not be misled and only book dates when they will available at home all day for you to pick-up the recyclables. Overall, a good cause but very bad management!

One point waste management of all items. Easy to book online or use app "toter" to recycle.

Earlier know as Toter..Was prompt with their service.Changed to Bintix now.One year back came up with idea of providing collection bags.
Even Back then I suggested why should we generate more bags(more waste) and recycle it. But that is how they wanted it to be.
Now they want to charge for the Bags which is ridiculous. You want us to use your bags and charge for it..How fair is that?

Still I would give you 3 stars because of your services earlier.
Sincere suggestion.. No point in generating more waste and then boasting in recycling...

Most unprofessional, and rude customer service personnel

Highly unprofessional!! I booked a service with them, no one turned up, I made multiple calls no one picked. Finally I managed to get through and the person who picked the call said, Drop me an sms with mobile number and I'll check but not before evening as I am out!! I mean, the only reason for booking with them was peace of mind as I expected them to be professional, but they are far from it.

Suggestion: try to find a local hawker they are more reliable, will give you a better price and for sure MORE PROFESSIONAL!!
