This might seem long but based on my own experience, concise reviews are not so helpful when it comes to finding a CRIMINAL Defense attorney.

In a recent experience I had in Los Angeles, I was accused of criminal conduct by law enforcement. While on bail waiting for my court arraignment date, I was extremely worried particularly because of my immigration status as I am an international student on a visa. I was accused of vehicle manslaughter . I was consulted by another attorney that the attorneys at "Eisner & Gorin" would gladly help me. When I first got there I met Allen and Dmitry . From the moment I met them both ,they had given me a good impression, as they already knew about my case and explained to me thoroughly why I got this charge. With that I instantly knew they were going to have my back so I hired them that very moment. Alan was the one that focused on my case, we kept in contact about 2 times a week to see how things were going. He kept giving me settlements that the prosecutor would give him to settle the case but he kept advising me what was best. We ended up going to trial. Throughout the trial Allen fought long and hard for me to disprove the charges that were given to me. This lasted for about 3 weeks. Allen was able to disprove what the prosecutors were trying to prove and was able to get the jury to give me the Not guilty Verdict.

Two words to describe Mr. Dmitry Gorin - "The Best"!

Modern life is very fast, hectic, busy, and stressful. At times people end up making poor judgement calls, such was the situation which got me in trouble with the law. Any conviction had serious implication on my career. Any settlement even the lesser charge than misdemeanor charge would go on record as conviction. Since the stake was very high I met many attorneys, asked many questions but was not satisfied with their strategies until I met Mr. Gorin.

His fees are considerably higher than other attorneys. During my meeting he laid out the strategy, explained to me how he will prepare package to represent me to send it to the City Attorney's office. He did not guarantee any outcome.
