I do not like to write negative feedback on businesses since I am a business owner. Our rubbish bins have not been collected in the last 2.5 weeks. The reason for that because our invoice has not been paid which is due on 24/04/2021, however, our contract last day is on 22/04/2021. They acknowledged that 4 times and keep on telling me the rubbish will be collected the next day but nothing happens.
Last Friday, I called multiple times to solve this problem. They said we will send a truck on Wednesday, I said I will be having about 10 big rubbish bags plus 4 big bins by that time. They said we will only collect the bins and credit your account!!!
Not to mention the wait on the phone, every time I had to wait for about 45 minutes. I called the head-office and lady called Laila was extremely rude, instead of trying absorb my frustration, she told me; do you want me to transfer you to the customer service to wait for another 45 minutes!!! At the end they told me the manager will be calling me on the same day and as usual no one calls.
I never experienced this unprofessional, unreliable and worst customer service with any company before. I am searching for another company now.
As business owner, I feel very sorry for the owners of waste management. There are a lot of work needs to be done inside the organization and with their employee.
