Waste Management is the most useless waste company...

Waste Management is the most useless waste company I ve ever come across. They never reply to emails, their website offers no information on collection days due to public holidays and their contact centre team don t have much more knowledge either. Yeah, they re affordable - but you clearly get what you pay for.

You d be best choosing an alternative private rubbish company and paying the extra few dollars to actually have support where needed.

In December my bin wasn t collected and after 3 days I called and was told that there was a driver shortage in my area - but no one thought to tell the customers. My neighbours faced the same issue, and told me about their issues with WM.

Edit 09/02/2021: have received a call from WM and they ve acknowledged they ve dropped the ball. Here s hoping they improve processes in future.
