Thursday afternoon while walking around Glen Eden currently, it is clearly visible how WM have failed the community with failure to collect General Rubbish on scheduled Monday collection.. This is a constant issue including Garden waste collections. On the very rare occasion a text maybe received which usually arrives a couple of days after scheduled pickup. I have sent an email and customer service have provided the same answer, currently experiencing operational issues with no apologies or solutions to rectify the issue of overflowing rubbish bins.
I am fortunately coming to the end of my yearly pre-paid agreement, I certainly will not be reinstating another agreement with this organisation.

So today is Tuesday 6th April at 3pm, my street and neighboring streets have still not had their original Monday 29th March General Rubbish collection. Two emails and a phone call no response from WM. No notification to the delay. WM front up and take accountability to your failures
