I have been using Wash Runner for almost 3 years now, they have never missed a pick up or drop off. If they are going to be late with drop off, you always get a call and an email.

This laundry service is a great alternative if you don't have the pleasure of having a W&D in your apartment. The service is convenient and friendly, and I love how they text you when your clothes are ready for pickup! My laundry came back folded well and smelling fresh!
I don t have a car and I live in a old building with broken washer and driers. I found Laundry Bubble first and used their subscription service. It was awful. I won t go into details, but overall, it was a hassle to get anything done. The people were very professional, but their subscription system was really annoying. I wanted to try somewhere new and tried Wash Runner. Absolutely fantastic and professional. Love that it was same day delivery, they communicated well, and more importantly, got the job done and my clothes smells amazing!
