I've tried to use another service in the city and they didn't pick up twice. Forget that.

I have been using Wash Runner for almost 3 years now, they have never missed a pick up or drop off. If they are going to be late with drop off, you always get a call and an email.

Alex is amazingly attentive, returns emails in minutes. Can't beat the turn around time.
