Mixed feelings. They used to have grand portions, but then they cut back and serve you half of what you used to get. According to the staff, head office came down and said they shouldn't be serving customers portions they pay for - complete joke

We bought two meals at 20.40, 20 minutes before closure. We were expecting to sit down and eat for a few minutes, but when we payed we were told that they only sold takeaway meals at that hour. Other costumers were sitting down already so we thought that we could have done that too. Instead we got to stand outside the entrance and try to eat our meals. The sushi that we ordered was dry and not very tasteful. The restaurant was not customer friendly at all and we were disappointed by the lack of service. We won t be coming back.

Reasonable tasty food. I prefer this one over the one in Hammersmith Broadway. Love the chicken curry katsu my brother had noodles. Really big portions. Plenty of seating and a variety of flavours of bubble tea where the one in Broadway sells out by 1pm. Friendly, well informed staff.

Good place for quick takeaways, place looks clean but the food taste needs a bit improvement. While they look like they were just packed today, the tonkatsu actually tasted like it had been frozen and preserved then deep fried into a thick breading.

Falsely advertised Vegan dish containing large chunks of chicken buried in katsu "Vegan" sauce

I was drawn in by the new "Vegan" pumpkin katsu curry on offer. Whilst eating through the meal I was devastated to find chunks of breaded chicken buried in the katsu sauce which i've never experienced anywhere in my life.Whilst eating my way through the meal I noticed two chunks and small shreds of chicken(in batter).A complete violation of customers with dietary requirements.

I spoke with the manager in a very calm manor and was met with a very lax approach citing statements such as "what can i currently do about it" "someone may of made a mistake a kitchen" "i'l look into it" . I asked (Prasant Danal) (MANAGER) If he had any dietary requirements and he said he doesn't eat beef for what i believe may be religious reasons and asked what his response would be. He agreed that he would have a very negative reaction.

I asked specifically about whether or not the sauces are prepared in-house and he said they come in the morning. I then went onto say "if that is the case that means there is a massive potential of cross contamination across the products that were in store claiming to be a vegan option".I have various friends who are allergic to certain meat/dairy products and I think its absolutely outrageous that a blunder of this nature could take place.

Food quality is OK and fast-food like. I didn't find it a very convenient place to sit down and have meal with friends as it's noisy and crowded. and I staff weren't looking after the place well - not very tidy.

Consistently good food, especially considering this is basically fast food. However, without a pick and choose hot food counter, if you want hot food and have a large appetite, I'd recommend going to the Wasabi in the Broadway instead, where you can have your food pot filled from a counter

What delicious food! And reasonably priced. I ate in some very dubious Asian restaurants but Wasabi is top notch. I chose Chinese food, it comes in a beautiful and practical pot, very well served, delicious and with a good price. There's a lot of Japanese food and I saw a lot of people serving with gusto. It's worth it, in my opinion.

Loads of seating which is nice compared to some of the other Wasabis. Don't waste your time with the sushi. It's horrible sushi and over priced. Your best bet is the rice bowls although be warned even the low level of spicy for them is really hot!

I always pay for take away and have it eat in.. No one checks and bothers to shoo you away. Sushi is quite good, I like their mochi. Bubble teas are quite intense sweet for my liking, I'm from Taiwan which bubble teas originated from. Never order their noodles-disgusting!

Good variety and quality at a good price. Both sushi and hot dishes are made on the day. Quick and convenient. Friendly staff, good service and clean premises.
Not a fan of the soups.
The strawberry and chocolate mochis are so delicious

There was a lot of people in the wasabi in Broadway shopping center, so I came to eat. It tasted really good. I ate very hungry, but the food was fake.
I can't afford it. I don't want to eat rice.
If you want to chew rice grains
But, fruit juice is delicious.

I like this Wasabi, it's clean whenever I go and they're usually putting out new sushi boxes. They also seem ahead of the Broadway branch in terms of new products and packaging. I was served by Eva who was lovely.
