Cross Plumbing has completed several projects for Warwick Construction,I have had a positive experience with this GC. They do pay for change orders, and its done timely.Tim Jeans, Mike Sullivan easy P M to work with. Richard Moore very professional site superintendent.
Our company has worked for Warwick for many years. We find Warwick to be honest, fair & great to work with. The Project mangers, the Field supers & the office personnel are all a joy to work with.
My Company, Bethea Electric has worked for Warwick for 2 years now, Tim Jeans is about as honest as they come, they care about their subs, which is rare these days. We hope our relationship with them continues to grow over the years.
Heiken Construction just finished its 1st project as a sub to Warwick and must say it was a great project. The Superintendent Enos and the PM Rick were both a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with Warwick again on another project
***I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE IT WAS THE LOWEST RATING I COULD GIVE** I can tell you that their employees are absolutely unprofessional with no concern for the safety of others!!! On yesterday, March 27, 2019 at approximately 6:03 pm heading down Hardy Toll Road North, one of your employees (DRIVING A NEW MODEL SILVER TRUCK WITH A LIFT KIT AND YOUR COMPANY LOGO SPRAWLED ACROSS THE SIDE) and/or owners decided that me going 70 mph ( 5 mph over the speed limit) on the freeway was not to his liking. Seeing as though I value my life and safety I chose not to speed up just to make this individual feel better. Your employee at this time decided to speed all the way up until his was basically on top of my bumper "he did this 3 times in a row" (I drive a sedan he was in a huge silver truck with a lift kit and your company logo plastered along side the drivers door). Now this action showed obvious gross negligence for themselves and everyone around them. Unfortunately, for your company he did this with no regard for the backlash that would fall back on your shoulders. If he can not show regard for a mother getting off work trying to make it home to her children, how in the world must he treat your clients. I was appalled at this individuals actions. Not only did he do what was stated above, but then decided to swerve around me screaming and flailing his arms in the air and sharply cut me off. This action caused me to have to swerve on to the shoulder. I really hope this is not the kind of actions that we as consumers can expect from your company.
Fire Protection Subcontractor - I acted as designer and PM for our sprinkler work at an Office Depot in Colorado. I had a great experience with the superintendent during the project and things went smoothly. It took 6 weeks to get paid for some extra work that we were asked to do, I had to be persistent, but the PM was honest and made sure we were treated fairly in the end. I'd be happy to work with Warwick again.
Warwick Construction are hands down one of the best companies we have worked alongside. Their whole staff is filled with wonderful people. Lisa Burchfield has always been helpful with anything. Mike Sullivan & Steve Williams are two amazing PM's. We miss doing those PetSmart final cleans!
Horrible company to sub-contract with. They send a superintendent out with a cell phone to run a project. Sub contractor beware, double your bid, because you won't see your money for awhile. Took multiple calls to corporate and had to threaten a lien, along with getting a hold of the owner, to get paid after 60 days. I bent over backwards to get their project back on schedule for them, only for them to drag their feet paying their subs. Think long and hard before working for Warwick Construction.
Turner Power and Construction has worked on several jobs with Warwick Construction in the Houston area over the last couple of years. I must say that Warwick is one of the best GC companies we work for. Rick Rauch has been the PM for all of our jobs so far. Rick is very professional, very detailed and he has a great relationship with his clients. Warwick PAYS their bills on time. TPC has never had to wait for money. In todays market that is very unusual. We look forward to many years of working together.

We have done a couple of projects with Warwick. They have been good to work with. We hope to continue to do painting for them. Donny was a great job superintendent on the Potbelly Sandwich projects.
I've done a few projects with Warwick in the past 2 years. I really enjoy working with Robert Callahan and would do all of his work if his work wasn't so far from us. There is always a bad apple but as long as you are honest and educated in your field issues can be resolved quickly. Not holding my retainage is very nice, though seems like there are billing changes happening and sometimes that creates wrinkles.. let's hope the transition is smooth.
We have worked with Warwick Construction as subcontractors for several years now. We have built a great business relationship together. Great communication and great people to work with. I highly recommend them as a general contractor.
As a smaller company, we hand pick our customers and Warwick is one that we hope to keep. They are well organized and easy to work with. They do what they say they will do, and that goes a long ways with us. Great job y'all. We look forward to the next one. Doctor Air Cool, Inc.
We have worked with Warwick as a subcontractor for over 5 years and have not had any issues. I've had the pleasure of working with the PM's Rick Rauch, Dennis Hagan, and Mike Sullivan and its been great. They pay on time, they are willing to pay for change orders, and they treat me with respect.
