Warren Central High

Having attended a very small, rural high school system in SW Indiana, I was very nervous when it was time for my daughter to go to WCHS. However, the Rich Shepler administration has an amazing group of teachers who keep the peace and incredibly fertile learning environment intact for all student families who choose to make the most of this 4 year opportunity. Thankfully, my daughter chose to take all the available AP classes, aced them all despite incredible turbulence created by her noninvolved father and managed to get a full scholarship to another stellar Hoosier educational institution--Ball State U. Thank you, Rich Shepler et al. It does take a great village/school to raise a great kiddo! :)

My son iz in their music program (Marching Band, Jazz Ensemble) and he loves it!

Everyday that I go into the school in the morning, I'm like what have I got myself into, although I enjoy to walk home instead of taking the bus.The bus is filled with very weird people.The teachers all so don't care about anything, but a paycheck.

Although many may argue about the quality of this school, I love it. From the alumni hall to the performing arts center. I wouldn't want to go to any other school. The school itself is quite large but feels smaller as you grow accustomed to it. Yes this school has it's cons, i.e the fights and students, but during my stay here I have encountered more respectable people than not.

Your page sucks. Nice to see all the pictures of sports;at least i know the school has an athletic program. Maybe you should focus more on trying to promote academics. Just a suggestion.

Great School!!! Students need to go there & Act Appropriate, Be Respectful, Do there work & APPRECIATE a Very good School... Also, SHOULD BAN CELL PHONES.. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IN SCHOOL TODAY.. We attended School using the Office phone :)

Warren Central High School is not as bad as everybody make! Warren is just like any other high school according to the fighting! Drama etc. Warren is one of the best at sports and were also making large progress with our learning. I am a student at warren central and i like it our teachers and administrators and guards are very caring. You shouldn't be scared to send your child to warren!

Worst display of sportsmanship from a fan base that I have ever seen. After the semi-state game, the fans approached our fan section and was flipping us off. The students and fans rushed the floor before our players had a chance to shake hands and exit the floor. But the worst was a student shoving Romeo in the back. I had my 13 year old son and was nervous about how intense the situation was getting. I think the Seymour and the WC administrations should have done more to digress the situation.

Do not send ur children to warren central, they do nothing if your child is being bullied! Been to the school plenty of times to speak with the dean, they are just there to get a check! Care nothing about the children safety! Pulled my child out! Had to give it one star to even post this, but -3 stars is my rating!
