Few days ago, Time Warner technician change my old modal [small one to big new one]. I discover my internet is always outage even I call the officers for technical support, but no good. They said may be the new model is no good. I don't think so . Because I know a little bit for appliance, so I remove the cable screw off and using the sharp sissier to cut the core copper wire making rough scratch to making it bigger to touch the input hole more which is on the model back. It is done. Then I find out the new style model this parts being no good which is a little loose making the copper wire of the cable no fully touch when screwing the cable in. So I suggest the Time Wanner Company to check this new model problem and find the best way to resolve this problem.
