Do not work with Jason Everett he is a realtor at this location. He called me (Not sure where he got my number from) on a Monday to tell me he could show three different properties to me on Tuesday that had just became available that same day Monday. We meet at the first property on Tuesday there was no key in the lockbox and he says he doesn't know what to tell me. I asked to go look at the other two properties and he said one was pending and the other wasn't ready to show but just a day before he said he could show these places. Very unprofessional.

Kat Urquhart is an agent at Keller Williams Midtown in Atlanta.
I don't know Katherine Urquhart, but I received an unsolicited email from her (somehow she has my email and telephone number) asking if I would be interested in selling my house. I also find that I am now subscribed to Keller Williams realty email updates although I certainly didn't put myself on that list.
I think she is probably just trying to drum up business, but I don't know where she got my info, and what makes her think I should be signed up for her email notifications. I'm going now to unsubscribe from this list I never subscribed to.
I'd like to know how and from whom she received my email and telephone number. I'll tell you how she did NOT get my info: by asking me for it. I don't like people passing around my personal info and using it for their own interests..
I finally called her and she didn't know where she got my info from. Yeah, that sounds likely...
I recently made a reservation through Airbnb for a property on Stafford Street SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30314, owned by DORIAN, an agent with Keller Williams. The property was booked less than 24 hours prior to check-in, however after detailed conversations with DORIAN. In addition to representations made during conversations, DORIAN listed the property as an entire house that was located in a safe, family neighborhood . Just prior to arriving we encountered the motorcycle/ATV/dirt-bike gang that congregates there (a fact that was left out of the ad soliciting renters). We almost did not make it due to their antics of blocking traffic, weaving in and out of traffic, and screaming at us. However, after that nice greeting we entered the entire house to find that it was actually a basement, and only a portion of a basement. There are two locked doors in the unit that eerily seemed to lead to other parts of the basement. On top of that, there was an overwhelming stench of incense that triggered my daughter s asthma. Within 5 minutes of arrival we contacted DORIAN and she told us to cancel the reservation for a refund. But, it turns out what she meant by refund is only 1/3 of the $1,300 we paid for the entire house . As a result we contacted Airbnb to dispute the refund , and in doing so learned she changed the listing. Turns out that after misrepresenting the unit in the ad and misleading us, and being advised that we were disputing the refund and learned through research that she is a licensed realtor, she changed the listing to add that she is a realtor, that the entire house is really a basement, and that you will hear the renters above you from the upstairs unit that happens to be another Airbnb (another surprise when we got there). Interestingly, she still has not disclosed the motorcycle gang that will greet you upon arrival. To top it off, she is using the new and revised listing as proof to Airbnb that she did not misrepresent the unit to me (to prevent me from getting an actual refund), I guess she thinks I do not have the original listing. Oh, and the pictures on listing the basement didn t look anything like the pictures which is also very misleading. She did add some pictures that reveal a little more truth, but it s a basement with very little light and a low ceiling. Unfortunately, when we contacted Mr. Greg Wiggins to make sure he knew what a agent affiliated with the his brokerage had done, he took the position that DORIAN did not make any misrepresentations while referring to the content of the edited listing. So, either he was not told by her that she changed the listing, or he is not concerned about DORIAN s ethics, I do not know. @PresbyMove
I used to do cold calls for the commercial side and though I loved the team I was on who are good people, I soon learned they don't make good good choices. One of those bad choices was thinking they could take advantage of me because they saw me as a "Nice person" who would "Say yes" to anyone. They also know how to use the bait and switch which they used with me by making it sound like they were going to pay for my real estate schooling by saying they would pay for me to "Get licensed." What a joke that was. Rather, they made me pay for the course and only pay for the licensing after I passed. In fact, there were several times where I was lied to about things and jerked around
Richard Isabu was the seller's agent, and he made my buying experience very stressful. Originally, the sellers said that they would have the cleaning done by their family. Richard Isabu offered to pay for the cleaning himself out of his commission to close the deal on the property, which my agent and I agreed to. On the day of the closing, the cleaning wasn't done. On the day after the closing, the cleaning wasn't done as promised either, so I reached out to my agent and she did her best to try to coordinate the cleaning through Richard. I was not going to be at the property during the time Richard stated that the cleaners would be there (July 3,2019). I arrived to the property on July 7th, 2019 to inspect the cleaning and saw that the only the vacuuming seemed to have been done, the property still very dirty and dusty, the stairwells had food/liquids spills, and even the lighting fixtures, bathroom mirrors, surfaces, and lighting fixtures had an extreme amount of dirt of filth covering them. Once again, I reached out to my agent, apparently, Richard wiped his hands of the situation once he got his commission check, he wasn't interested in making things right nor was he interested in doing the right thing by having the property cleaned. He initially breached the contract, and I gave him a chance to correct it. When the job was not done to the specifications, he simply said something to the effect of, "oh well, it's your problem now". Richard Isabu is a poor representation of Keller Williams, and I do not recommend that you use him as your agent; you all can see what he did after he got the commission check- he failed to hold up his end of the bargain, and he refused to make things right. Please contact me if you would like any additional information about this case. I do not recommend that you use him as your realtor, I am afraid that he will keep doing this to other home-buyers, and it is unethical. I will be in contact with Keller Williams directly to issue a formal complaint.
