I really cannot praise this company enough. All the ladies at the end of the telephone and the wonderful Mike Peters who finally got to sort our boiler out, are a credit to Warmserve. This company are used by my Emergency Cover insurers (who will remain nameless!) and the story is too long to tell. But be rest assured throughout the whole sorry saga, these guys remained professional, supportive, kind and helpful, and when it was all systems go, quick to do the necessary work. I now use Warmserve for my annual service and would not hesitate to call them for anything else -although I should think they've had enough of me for a while! I highly recommend them - they are absolutely wonderful.

Warmserve provided me with an excellent service when re-fitting an en-suite bathroom and plumbing in some appliances in our previously unused utility room. They were extremely patient whilst I waited for parts from suppliers and nothing was too much trouble during the installation. All done with no fuss, very clean work (including removing all rubbish and old fixtures) and very prompt, arriving when they said they would (which seems to be a rarity these days!). Whilst the end to end process was great, including the team answering calls in the office, I should make particular reference to Mark who completed the vast majority of the work. He completed the work without any difficulty and also helped us with some design decisions (positioning of units etc) that I wouldn't have considered beforehand. Would not hesitate using Warmserve again (and have, in fact, already asked them to price up some new jobs for me).

Nice and easy to book a boiler service, great communication and work carried out was brilliant can't thank them enough 5 stars, thanks again! Will be using every year for annual service and recommending to family/friends

Called them up for boiler repair and came in the same day.
Repaired the boiler and advised it might be best to get a new one (ours was 20+ years old) really friendly and explained well. Helped to arrange the quote for a new boiler as well

Ashley came in to give us a quote and a rundown of the services. 10 months interest free financing as well.

If I remember correctly Martin or Mark? (Very sorry) came in to install the new boiler did his job well. Was very polite and great guy. Explained the new boiler well.

At a time when I could do without unnecessary expenses, I called at 9pm on a Saturday night fearing I would need a call out for my boiler that stopped working.
On call engineer talked me through topping the pressure up myself and saved someone visiting.
Honest and saved me a small fortune.

I found Warmserve on Checkatrade with top 10 marks so decided to use them for an emergency as I had a leaking isolation valve in my bathroom. I found them very helpful on the phone and sent engineers around in the same afternoon to fix the problem. The engineers (Jack and Tom) found that I also had a leaking bathroom tap so replaced that as well. I have nothing but praise for this company and will definitely use them in the future.

After making contact with Ashley due to a boiler issue, he sent Lyn the engineer out who arrived promptly, diagnosed and arranged the parts required there and then.
Half hour after leaving I had Ashley back on the phone with the cost of the repair and the rebooking to have the boiler repaired as soon as the part arrived.
The repair was also done in speedy fashion and invoiced to me with concise payment options. Thanks all! Will use again and again!

Our boiler broke down on 30th Jan,they came to diagnose the fault the day after, despite bad weather (snow and ice, which is still on the ground 8 days later!), and having a 100 mile round trip. There was a delay ordering a new part because of the Bank Holiday weekend, but we were booked in for the repair on the day the part arrived. Friendly and helpful staff, out of hours telephone with no waiting time, a professional service all round. Would definitely recommend.
The house is warming up nicely now, we're so relieved to have the heating back!

Worked with this company to install several new radiators into a property, which presented a few challenges that nobody planned for. I dealt with Mike the Service Manager and he was very professional, a good communicator and fully understanding of my needs of the job and he worked with me to ensure everything was completely to a good standard. Would recommend this company.
