Our boiler broke down on 30th Jan,they came to diagnose the fault the day after, despite bad weather (snow and ice, which is still on the ground 8 days later!), and having a 100 mile round trip. There was a delay ordering a new part because of the Bank Holiday weekend, but we were booked in for the repair on the day the part arrived. Friendly and helpful staff, out of hours telephone with no waiting time, a professional service all round. Would definitely recommend.
The house is warming up nicely now, we're so relieved to have the heating back!
