I have had a great experience with Ring Savvy! They are super responsive. I had been hesitant for years about an answering service and thought I had to come up with the lines and questioning for them to use, not the case, they quickly and professionally had all the lines and questions already. At first I just had them answering my missed call by a call Fowarding option they had. That convinced me to just let them answer the phones. My quality of life has greatly improved because I am not on the phone all day, and I also know all the calls are being answered. This company has been calling where I work for weeks now. We get numerous calls a day from them. Most of the time it is just someone heavy breathing on the other end. They won t say a thing. Can we say creeper?!! When they do decide to speak they ask for the owner but will not give their name or what company they are calling for or any info. We only found out it was this company by calling the number back. We have asked dozens of times to have our number removed from their call list. They are rude! I would never hire a company that uses such tactics.
I NEVER like to spend my time writing another business a negative review however every so often a company comes along and manages to impact me in a way that I feel obligated to share. This company chased me down to take advantage of a free two week trial to see I liked the service. To be honest i thought the service was good. So it is time to discuss cost and options. I get the owner ROB on the phone this guy defines exactly what you DON'T want your sales closer to act like. He tells me how awesome they are is cursing throughout the entire conversation like we are friends in a bar then gives me his price. I told him i need to think about it and he stalked me for two days and after my research I felt his price was too high for what he offers and based on other companies prices. He immediately loses his temper and begins to lecture me. Before you consider hiring this company consider how quickly the OWNER changed when he no longer had the sale. This is just my opinion if you are considering this company check them out really really good.
I run my business mobile and sometimes it's not easy to answer the phone. I have the choice to answer the call when it comes in or I can decline it and it goes straight to them where they quickly answer, get all the customer info and then compile it into a text message right to my phone. I can then determine which customers are more urgent or not. And go from there. My life is definitely easier now and I hit decline a lot more often now when getting a phone call so it goes to them and I don't have to use up my time doing the intake process gathering all their info. Even though I'm really controlling about different people answering the phone line for my small business; I'm starting to let go a little more and more now that I have them helping with my phone line. Grab up these guys! Your customers will like them.
I have been using the answering service for about 12 months now and I am extremely happy that I have stumbled upon this. Very efficient service that allows me to obtain new business while retaining current business. If you miss a call they leave you a text and email follow up and they will also call you right then and there if it is new potential business. It also makes you look much more professional to have your own service.
