I was interested in having Solar Panels Installed, as an investment for my pocket and also the environment. I did the usual internet search and narrowed it down to 5 companies and having met them all, I chose Warm Space. I had load of questions but the agent was prompt, helpful and patient with me throughout. The office was always in control of everything, communicating with me when needed. On the day the panel installers arrived and realised that the original plan needed to be altered slightly. No problems though, they just made sure I was happy with it and had it done in around very quickly. The electrician then did his part which again was only a couple of hours. He gave a full explanation and didn't leave until I was happy. My experience of this company is very positive, definitely recommended by me.

I have had solar panels installed on my house by warm space and think they have done a fantastic job. They were Clean, tidy and very friendly. The solar panels look great and are working efficiently. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of having solar panels installed to use warm space. Worth every penny and by far the best quote we had.

The service was polite, to the point and was wholly sympathetic to our business needs.

Excellent. having decided to install solar panels and having 6 quotes and 4 visits I had no qualms and decided on Warm Space. from their consultant who was friendly informative and not pushy or dismissive, to the installers who were professional and a credit to the company to the help and support of the office staff I can't fault them thanks for a stress free experience.

Had 6 quotes prior to Warm Space quote. They all were quite high priced and very pushy to clinch the deal. Some more or less demanding I make my mind up before even explaining details of solar panels and at what price.
It was a Robert Smith from Warm Space who came. He spent some time with us explaining about the installation having surveyed the premises. He never even asked what the others quoted. Eventually giving us the estimated tariff income. He did not try to push me into a decision at any time. Give me plenty of time to ask any questions about the product and alternative panels. He didn t expect me to make up my mind there and then even when he gave a lower price than the other salesmen. He expected me to wait until I received an email outlining price and estimated tariff income and more info on the solar panels suited to are roof.
As the price was right and I they had the make of solar panels, inverter and I-boast that I researched and wanted, available. I decided there and then to go with Warm Space.
One of the installers came the day before installation crawling around the roof making sure they brought the necessary equipment for installation. The actual installation took about 9 to 10 hours with no mess.

If I had known, then what I know now I would have got in touch with Warm Space sooner.
I usually don t review products only NHS surveys but Warm Space were worth one.

Warm Space have been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Turned up extremely late on the day of appointment (Thurs) meaning work was done by torchlight. Was then informed they would do a follow up visit the next day to check the work and tidy up. That follow up visit failed to materialise. Was then promised by Chris over the phone that they would come round first thing Monday morning. Still they never turned up. When I queried where they were Chris even said "I don't know why I would have told you that" and was fobbed off yet again and told they'd be here in the afternoon. It's now 16:30 and dark again and they still haven't turned up.

So, 4 days after their late arrival and resulting rush job in the dark I'm still left with at one least gaping hole in my wall that they are yet to fill in, and brick dust all over my windows. All this after using up (so far) two days of my annual holiday entitlement from work.

The office barely pick up their phone and when they do they fob you off and promise to call back which they never do. The last phone call resulted in them hanging up on me.

Have never come across such awful customer service in all my life. Absolute disgrace.

The whole experience was very positive & professional. The salesman was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all, the fitters were very efficient and neat, altogether a very positive experience. Now we just need some sunlight!

Only when we had building work did we find some walls had no insulation despite paying for this service from warm rip off space. Many walls have huge voids. We are getting nowhere with the office staff. They just won't listen.

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by this company. Everybody I spoke to was friendly and polite and took the time to answer my queries. Steve, the surveyor, did a very detailed survey of the property and was scrupulous in outlining the pros and cons of cavity wall insulation, which I eventually decided against.Josh and Luke, the two young men who insulated my loft were charming and efficient and came first thing as requested, despite a long drive from Swindon.They completed the work to my satisfaction in very little time and tidied up before they left. I would have no hesitation in recommending warm Space to anyone who is looking for loft or cavity wall insulation.

We had solar panels installed on our roof by warm space and what a great service we received! From the initial quote to the installation of panels and electrical work. Everyone we spoke to was very professional, competent and friendly. We never felt rushed into making any decisions and all information given was impartial and honest. Two weeks on and we are really glad we went with warm space. Thank you!

The surveyor arrived and went through the process and explained everything including all of the available options to my satisfaction..He then did several layout variations to give me the best performance for the solar panels and spread the panels over 2 roofs for maximum efficiency. No other company I contacted did this.
The installers arrived on time and had completed the installation by 3 pm, I was amazed at their speed and efficiency.
They completed all of the FIT paperwork promptly for submission.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for Solar Panels

Very disappointed with this company, extremely messy and did not clean up after themselves, so I've found myself washing down the house and drive after they had been to install cavity wall insulation which they had incorrectly installed years ago....in fact an internal camera showed that they had hardly put anything in there in the first place. Nice enough people but they are not professionals!! I've not experienced a company more badly run than this one and i work on site along with many different tradesman! Go elsewhere for your insulation needs, you'll deserve better!

Excellent service throughout for fitting solar panels to meet the deadline for getting the higher feed in tariff. And very competitive on price. No hard sell.

Booked an appointment for a survey. Given a 1pm to 4pm appointment slot. Took afternoon off work . No show by 16.00 . Office unable to make contact with surveyor. I cancelled appointment and will find another installer. Very disappointing service.

Installation of cavity wall Insulation was carried out on my property
by Warm Space through Domestic and General over a year ago.A surveyor
returned after due to a damp/cold point area in the corner of my
daughters bedroom.It was confirmed by the surveyor that the operatives
had missed this area so the operatives returned to rectify this.Since
then another damp/cold point area appeared in my dinning room just
below the other area. So again I arranged for a surveyor to return and
he again confirmed this area had been missed.On both occasions I had to
book time of work for the Surveyor and for the work to be rectified not
forgetting that both rooms had to be redecorated at my expense!Four
weeks ago I noticed another damp/cold point in my living room below the
window so phoned Domestic & General customer services and they promised to get some
one to phone me to arrange for a surveyor to re-visit.This never
happened so last week I sent a complaint on the Domestic&General website.The following
day I received a call from Warm Space customer services but
unfortunately they were not concerned about my problem but only who I was making a
complaint against them or Domestic&General! I have spoke to Warm Space
customer services again today concerning this matter but again
unfortunately they felt it wasn't there problem but Domestic&General and put the phone down!

I have had my own property installed by Warm-Space and have found them a pleasure to deal with. The work was carried out at the arranged time and the installers cleaned up afterwards. Very happy I would recommend to anyone needing insulation.
