Very knowledgeable and helpful sales associates. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and what type shoes would work the best for my feet. I felt at ease the whole time. Great job guys!

At this store, an employee can help you scan your feet to determine your shoe size, width, and arch type. These things will help determine the type of shoe best suited for you. The staff tend to be busy running around getting shoes for all of the guests, but if you have an hour or so to spend here and patience, it is well worth the experience. The staff are knowledgeable about a variety of foot needs and will make the shopping experience easier and your feet happier.

Staff there are the best take the time to help you with selecting the right sneakers.

I stopped by today while In the hunt for a new casual every day sneaker. I came across the 990 and I truly fell in love. I then got my foot measured so I could make sure that I was getting the right size. Tried on multiple sizes. Thanks for the patience Andrew, I really appreciate it. See you guys soon !

Its a really small store so minimal selection. Go here to get a 3D scan of your exact shoe size, then buy online if they don't have the ones you want.

NB openly supports Donald Trump. I've bought NB for the past 15 years and it's the last time I ever buy anything NB. The Obama administration turned a deaf ear to us and frankly, with President-elect Trump, we feel things are going to move in the right direction, Matthew LeBretton, New Balance s vice president of public affairs

Gotta get my walking shoes! NB is the way to go, especially because you can get gel inserts for a good deal when you buy the shoes.

I had to exchange 2 pairs of sneakers and Mike was really nice, knowledgeable and above all patient!! The parking is tough however their customer service is fantastic!

It's a little tight in this store so I don't love being in there as much as the Nike store on Newbury street, but I love being able to see and try on the newest NB products here. The staff is always very knowledgeable and good at giving you space in an otherwise tight space. They have a great sale rack, too!

I highly recommend because the sellers have more than a sense of service. Your feet are measured with machines worthy of a chiropodist. The models offered according to these measures and the seller gets in 10 to get you the right size and color requested. The dream !

Boston store sold me pair of Made in USA shoes with different sizes for right and left shoe.

Bad management, good sales representative - Sales representative in charge of helping me was fantastic, he was willing to go above and beyond to explain features to me and order a color that wasn't available in the store for me from the warehouse. Upon checking out, the very rude manager took it upon himself to angrily explain to the sales rep "we don't order inventory that way anymore" (all while I was sitting there checking out). I thanked the manager and the sales rep for their help and the manager was completely silent. Love the shoes and store, generally speaking... but I think upper management might want to consider who they throw into managerial store positions; especially at a location as valuable as Boylston St.

I have gotten size 11 before. Ordered 11.5 to be safe they fit like a 9!! Got em brand mew packed em for a trip to london and arrived to have them not fit! Very disappointed. This is a new balance comment not this particular store

Helpful staff. I dropped in for a sweatshirt mid-run when it was alot colder than I anticipated and I was 6 miles out. Got me in and out to finish up. Thanks!

Today at 02.00 PM I and my husband went to the service. The women's service was terrible, as my husband was choosing and trying on a shoe size. The girl was put into a small personal microphone. Put on the mouth With another female employee Standing at the cashier And have a conversation. Between her and her friends She spoke in the manner of gossip. Act funny and show a little laugh. And speak in a way to Bully with customers. Me and my husband decided not to buy. Because of bad service. From both women employees Now my mental state is terrible. By the staff of your store. Because it is a bully.

The New Balance store in Boston is a very nice store with a wide variety of different types of apparel like shoes, t - shirts, pants, shorts, jerseys and much more.

Parking is tough to find and finding shop is little difficult also. And shop is small but the sales rep are helpful and very well informed. Not much discounted items to find. Everything is full price.

Disappointed with the women s selection of sneakers. They appear to be focusing on the serious runners only. Sneakers are cheaply made for the price. Way overpriced for what you get.

This place has very little selection which was Diss pointing I was hopeing it would have more styles because i think that new balance is best u band u can buy

New Balance is one of those feel good stories of the little engine that could. This really big running shoe company was once just a dream of local business man, Jim Davis. They have since succeeded in becoming the reality of athletes everywhere. Jim still privately owns the company, having built it from the ground up, selling only a handful of sneakers each week. Today, this small company with a big heart sells sneakers that successfully compete with big corporations like Nike and Adidas.

I always root for the little guy to "Make It Big!"
