STAY AWAY!!! I don't have enough space to put all the horrible things she's done but here are just a few problems. She's doesn't communicate or follow up with her contractors. The workmanship is beyond poor. She wouldn't want to live in her flipped homes much less by one in the condition hers are in. She has extremely poor communication because she works a full time job. Doesn't read contacts NOR follow what she agreed to! If you don't like what she has to say then she'll just say she's "tired of this" and tell your agent to have the clients "sue" her. JUST STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING WITH HER NAME ON IT! When this was brought to her broker's attention they stated they would talk to her.

Ali Penrod of the Austin location was calling, texting, and sending inappropriate pictures to my husband (she knew he was married with two kids) for months. I know he is to blame too but anyone that deals with this company be careful with this one. Only a crappy woman would do this.

Chantal Prince is by far the worst agent ive ever dealt with. She is acist, has a bad attitude, and likes to go around defaming other businesses she has not done work with. Do not hire her by any means.

I worked with Gabriela Mireles, the most unproductive, unprofessional, corrupt, lying, crooked, selfish and greedy real estate agent ever. Those are not enough words to describe her and her broker that only care about how much money they are making and don t care about their clients at all. I m going to report all of them to Texas Real Estate Commission and I encourage everyone that deals with them to do it. They are the worst of the worst don t ever do business with them.

I had a magnificent experience with this real estate agancy; but specifically with Mr. Martin Guzman.

He went to every length to ensure my brother and I got the home of our dreams. Hardship after hardship, trial after trial, Mr. Guzman was there and handling business because he cares so much about his business and his clients. If it weren't for his expertise our home wouldn't have been possible, and for that we are very thankful to have had such an experienced individual such as Mr. Guzman.

I sold my 455,000 k home taking service Walzel Propeties. Most dishonest agent was appointed to me. I lost lot of money because he was talking to other party. He did maition my situation and laid off.

Don't trust.

Sameer Javeed is undeniably unprofessional. Today was the second time that he did not show up to show me a listing.

The first time was 10/3/2019. I was at the property for our 8pm appt. I call and he says that he is on his way, but forgot the key- yeah ok. Then he stated that it would at least be 30-45 mins to get to it. Mind you, this appt was set based upon what was best for him. I declined waiting, he provided no apology and just hung up.

I liked the property/location so I decided to reach out again.

Today, we were scheduled. (10/29/19) The price has been dropped so clearly the owner has urgency. I was there at the scheduled time and Salty Sammy was not.

I texted to see if he was coming. He called me 20 mins after our appt asking if I was there, I said yes, that I had been there since our appt. he said he was about to be on his way. As soon as he said that I started to drive away, and I told him I was leaving. He asked why had I left- I replied that I had been waiting since before our appt. He stated, you could ve picked up the phone and called me - I said, you know what, we aren t even gonna do that he said, yeah we aren t going to do that and hung up.

The audacity!

I work deals, sign contracts and handle business all day every day and have never encountered something quite like this.

I will never do business with this shady individual again. If I was a homeowner, I would yank my property from these folks because they are making you miss out on MONEY! I was ready a month ago to pay the whole amount before the price drop, immediate move in. Then again, here I was at the dropped rate- what is being dropped more than the rent is the ball and Walzel Properties is responsible for that.

The end- never again!

Love being with Walzel Properties as an agent. The resources and communication I get is wonderful. Thankful for a great broker and team of agents.

I conducted a sale through their agent Ahmad Adam who was unprofessional, unproductive , unorgonized, rude, dishonest , threatening and negative and was only thinking about his own interest and not of his client.
He also doesn't pick up his phone and you have to leave him a voice mail.
He is going to list your house for the lowest possible price and encouages you to reduce your price so he can sell your house as quickly as he can so he can make his commission.
The reason for his 5 star rating is that agents or realtors have to approve of the rating or it won't be posted.
I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with him and would not coduct another business with him or recommend him to any of my friends or relatives.
