Sameer Javeed is undeniably unprofessional. Today was the second time that he did not show up to show me a listing.

The first time was 10/3/2019. I was at the property for our 8pm appt. I call and he says that he is on his way, but forgot the key- yeah ok. Then he stated that it would at least be 30-45 mins to get to it. Mind you, this appt was set based upon what was best for him. I declined waiting, he provided no apology and just hung up.

I liked the property/location so I decided to reach out again.

Today, we were scheduled. (10/29/19) The price has been dropped so clearly the owner has urgency. I was there at the scheduled time and Salty Sammy was not.

I texted to see if he was coming. He called me 20 mins after our appt asking if I was there, I said yes, that I had been there since our appt. he said he was about to be on his way. As soon as he said that I started to drive away, and I told him I was leaving. He asked why had I left- I replied that I had been waiting since before our appt. He stated, you could ve picked up the phone and called me - I said, you know what, we aren t even gonna do that he said, yeah we aren t going to do that and hung up.

The audacity!

I work deals, sign contracts and handle business all day every day and have never encountered something quite like this.

I will never do business with this shady individual again. If I was a homeowner, I would yank my property from these folks because they are making you miss out on MONEY! I was ready a month ago to pay the whole amount before the price drop, immediate move in. Then again, here I was at the dropped rate- what is being dropped more than the rent is the ball and Walzel Properties is responsible for that.

The end- never again!
