The folks out at Eagle Ford Estates RV Park have been great! They are very easy to work with and appreciate the business. The pizza Fridays is awesome! Keep up the great work Eagle Ford Estates!!! It is also good to know the owner is only a phone call away.

Very nice and quiet RV park. We checked in last weekend and will have our RV there or several months. Reagan the girl who works in the office is very nice a personable. Would definitely recommend this RV park if you are looking for one that is peaceful.

There's more drugs than bugs in this place. There wasn't one available spot that wouldn't put my rig in danger of getting ripped up. Avoid it. And don't confuse it with the Eagle Ford RV park in Gonzales - that's a much better place to stay.

Hardly any gravel on the pads and they are not level. Extreme amount of fire ants and sticker plants, so don't bother sitting outside. Absolutely NO amenities except very spotty wifi. Location is in the middle of no where and too far to get anywhere. There are no walking trails as advertised. LOTs of drug activity. We stayed one month and had 2 instances where our truck was attempted to be broken in to and we're offered meth while we were talking a walk with our toddler. Dogs and cats run loose so watch your step. I wouldnt recommend this resort to anybody. There are many other resorts in san antonio that are much nicer and equivalent on price.

The awesome thing about this RV park, besides the beautiful trees and country setting, is Belinda's laundry service. Just drop off a tub full of dirty clothes in the morning and she greets you with a smiling face, cheerfully goes to work washing them and hanging them to line dry, then delivers them either neatly folded or on hangers, your preference, and smelling fresh. Belinda takes great care in making sure there are no wrinkles and everything is done to your specifications. Her fees are more than reasonable and I found it less expensive to have her do the laundry than it was for me to go to the laundromat and do the work myself. Our stay at Eagle Ford Estates was a good experience and Belinda's laundry days had a lot to do with it.

The most beautiful and best RV park to live in. Biggest lots around, big oak trees creating a nice country park. All neighbors are quite, friendly, and great to get along with. I've lived here for over a year. The owner is nice and very accommodating. If you're looking for an RV park, look no further this is the one for you.

We had a great experience at Eagle Estate RV park. The property it beautiful with alot of tree cover and maintained well. The lots are big. The staff is great, very friendly and professional. The park is far enough out of the city to give you peace and quiet but convenient to all shopping, restaurants and interstates. We'll be back.

Too many people living at this RV park. Trashy, poor management. No one is at the office, you call the number and leave a message and nobody ever gets back to you. Low tree branches for campers. Garbage bins are always full. The full timers leave trash and household items outside of the trash bins.
Don't park in the sand they are trying to grow grass, lol

This place is awesome. Lots of beautiful mature trees and lots of shade. The staff here are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. there is no laundry facility and you have to drive quite a distance to do your laundry or grocery shop and there is no propane here.
Update.... CELL RECEPTION IS THE WORST AND THE WIFI IS WORTHLESS THIS FRUSTRATES ME SO MUCH THAT I'M THINKING ABOUT MOVING

I give three stars to this RV park because of Tanya, who earned every . She was very open and super be kind. She made such a huge impression on my living decisions that I have not yet choose Hidden Valley RV Park over this one, although HV RV park has so many more accommodations. I do realize that Tanya is not the owner or the manager of this park, but if she were, she wouldn't become any different than she was while showing me the available RVs for rent. Thank you Tanya, so much. And please know if I choose to go with another RV park it was not because of your most welcomed accommodations. You are the greatest, and I really wish that the Park you represent stood up to the web site that they created. I truly expected to see something more for the price.

This was our 4th visit. Peace and quiet are what this place is about. Regular patrol by the local police and I ve never seen them do more than stop and visit with the guest. Very friendly staff always available and always glad to see you. We survey pipelines, wind farms, and solar farms so we move quite a lot. This place feels like coming home. We will always stay here when we are in the area.

This is a park full of family. With in a day or two you are part of this family. Everyone here is great, and welcomes you from the start...We had to check in early, called Flo in the office and she said no problem come on in. ..love it here, and our first time.. Serenity is the the word that comes to mind when I found this place. I've been searching for last few years and finally I'm home. The only thing that could possibly increase this...ocean. Otherwise, I'm content. JC and Reagan are amazing. Keep on keeping on!!

The maintenance man is always available and very knowledgeable.
I would recommend this park for long or short term stays and will be back.....you will enjoy the quiet rural setting.
15 minutes from downtown San Antonio.

This is a very peaceful quiet country living RV park with the amenities of WiFi connections and great staff. The recent loss of the park manager Flo was great for all of us, she was like family and still is missed very much. It s unfortiante there are all these harsh reviews posted during the loss of our beloved family member and our trying times of transition. I truly enjoy the large Oak trees and the familial like feel.

Great park! Quiet, beautiful, upgraded Internet, people are nice, management and security is very good. Very large lots that allow for yard space and patio furniture. Close to town with easy access from major highways, yet fabulous country site on top of Silver Mountain area in south San Antonio.
Stay at Eagle Ford RV park if you:
Want trees and great scenery with a family atmosphere
Don t want to be packed into a park like sardines with no room to move
Don t want to stay on a giant concrete lot in the sun with no trees
Can t stand the smell of too many sewer hook ups
Want a low fee that includes elec, internet, and trash with no surprise extra s tacked on
Thanks for a wonderful stay- I'll be back when in the area!

A cozy little park about 30 minutes from downtown. Far enough away that the stars come out at night and quiet enough to enjoy them. The downside is that the gravel roads and spots are riddled with pock marks and several low hanging tree branches makes it difficult for larger rigs. So a nice spot but not worth the $45 a night.

Absolutely loved this RV Park! My two girls and I stayed here while my husband was working in Poteet. We stayed in spot 2 and had a gorgeous view with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I would run most mornings and always felt safe. Concrete patio and plenty of room for the kids and dogs to play. The people treat you like family and Flo is a love! The sheriff comes through at least every other day which I love because I know they are keeping an eye out on the community and in case of emergency I know they are close by. I truly felt like I was on vacation visiting family. Very hard to find a place that compares to this one when you are traveling. Lots of shade and beautiful scenery. Convenient to several surrounding areas San Antonio, Poteet, Pleasanton, etc. Work or play doesn't matter, great place to stay!

We are full-timers and have lived here for 8 months. This park is so beautiful, quiet, and such a pleasure to live in. The owner and management have been very accommodating and easy. We were looking for a pleasant, shaded county park and this is what we found. There is even a local deputy that includes the park in his rounds. It's a lovely community that has been very safe and peaceful. We tried the parks with all the added amenities in the city, but there was continual traffic, sirens, and yes, even a rattle snake on the paved road...in the city!...well, we are in Texas after all! :D. 5 Stars!

Went there today to check the park out.All the advertisement form this park leaves a lot to your imagination . I could not find anyone around the office. No restrooms, pond or anytilhing in the ads except there are many trees and large spaces between rv"s. The roads leave a lot to be desired,
Mostly holes. A lot of the rv's were old and not maintained
It looks like more spaces are for long term residents. It's out I'm the boonies with no shopping within about 10mi. If you want isolation this is the place. No me.

We were intending to spend a month here. Paid up front including deposit on electric...only there one day & had an emergency call from home...I asked for a 2 week refund as it was an emergency....no way was that happening. I have asked for my electric deposit refund minus what I used which was not very much. To date has not been returned. I will never recommend this place. Ppl were nice but owner is greedy & no compassion.

Looks great until you live there

I think this park is fabulous, especially for those who like a little peace and quiet, with space to breathe, all at a reasonable rate. Lots of trees, plus plenty of room away from the lots to walk the dogs or even throw a ball with them. It's well-maintained and the management is friendly and easy to work with.

There are pros and cons with every park.

Pros, reliable wifi, huge lots with good space between the lots, great rates, plenty of shade to choose from, flexibility in using a clothesline or putting up temporary fencing for your pets around your rig.

Also, I had more residents greet me or offer help in the first two weeks than I did in four months at my previous park in New Braunfels. One resident offers laundry services, there is a basketball hoop and a couple swings on a tree for the kids to play on.

Plus, this park is conveniently close to the Toyota plant as well as several trailheads linking the Medina River Greenway south of San Antonio, great for bike riding or walking the dogs or getting the kids out.

Cons here would be a little further from your standard amenities such as gas and restaurants and groceries. Also a lot of sand and sand burrs too. But for some of us, that's all part of country life and a trade we're happy to make for the quiet nights, regular campfires, friendly neighbors, and the relaxed atmosphere.

Yes, this park is one that will more likely appeal to long-term fulltimers, but I would recommend it even for a week-long getaway in the country or just passing through to the coast or wherever. This park will definitely stay on my list as a good spot for me and my crew.

I stayed here for about 4-5 months from September-end of january. I absolutely loved staying here, the only reason I left is because I moved onto family property. Management is amazing and maintenance is awesome as well. If i called/needed help, I got service right away. I had a premium lot and it was absolutely beautiful covered in trees and plants. I felt safe living here on my own. For the most part, had no issues with neighbors, but I also kept to myself the majority of the time. Very nice place to stay long term.

Very basic campground with only amenity Wi-Fi and it doesn't work all the time. The glue that held the place together passed away. Flo was everything to this campground. Then there is Rickie and Charlie who are indispensable there. Loved the majority of the capers there.

By no means a premier RV Park. There are no staff on the property and they won't refund your money. Forget about using Uber or any transportation if you need it. There is no easy access to everything.
This so called country setting is far away from it all.
Think twice unless you want to be in the boonies!

So many reasons why it sucked. Advertised ad the fastest internet in San Antonio. There was no internet inside of our camper at 2 locations. Road was so rough that idle was almost to fast. Supposedly had a leash rule for dogs but several were allowed to run free. Depended on who you were. Sheriff patrol went through very often so what does that tell you? No public restrooms or showers. Way over priced for what it is. I would not return.

We rented an RV there when we first moved to San Antonio. I loved the country setting. Everyone was friendly, including the owners. Any issues we had, they were addressed immediately. The dogs didn't bother me, as dogs will bark (it's their nature). The fire ants caused me to develop an allergy, but nothing a little bug killer didn't solve. We set up some green outdoor carpet and had chairs, a grill, and a little fire pit to enjoy in the evenings.

Park is very quiet and secluded. Great shade. While we were there, the sewer connection had a broken off end from a camper s sewer hose stuck in it... our particular site was not level.. then the water got shut off to the park one evening. No warning, no notice. When restored, there was barely any water pressure at all which made showering difficult. Prob won t stay again..

Worst campground ever. It's a dump. The price is way to high for what you get. Sites are full of ants and sandberries. Wouldn't recommended it to my worst enemy. And when you want to leave early they won't give you back your money.. it's not even a real Rv park it's mosu people living there full time. The people where nice but that's the only thing I can say nice about it.

Internet is horrible and a bit of a hassle if you intend to use a gaming console to stream Netflix and such. Most of the time it doesn't work at all. Our laptop and IPad are useless here. Very disappointed with that. Also, we are on night schedule and are constantly woken up by dogs barking and loud vehicles and other noises because most everyone else here seems to be on day schedule. I know we can't help that, but the dogs barking I feel could be addressed. The road is kinda rough, even with a 5mph speed limit. Not terrible, though. Pretty much all sand, spur-like barbs, and a little gravel to park on. It's definitely not a bad place to stay if you like seclusion from the city and don't mind a dirty vehicle. Can't seem to keep the truck clean from all the dust. It's very nice and laid back here and the price is good, but the internet definitely is an issue for us. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice place, especially when compared to some other RV parks, and everyone has been pretty friendly, but the drive from here to Leon Valley takes around 45 min-1 hour in work traffic, so if you're traveling for work like we are, you might want to consider your drive time. I would say with a little more gravel area to park on, smooth the road out a little, and make sure all tenants know to keep their dogs quiet this would be the best RV park in the area. There are nicer parks but they are a couple hundred or so more per month and have lots of restrictions on visitors, parking, and even washing your vehicles! Also, most every other park we have visited here have had very tight spaces. You could literally stretch out your arms and touch two RVs at once. All in all, it's a good park and we would stay here again.

I've been here a month and absolutely love it! The WiFi is the fastest I've experienced at any RV park. This is importance since I'm 33 and work full time from the RV.

Unlike other parks this one has tons of open space and lots of trees. The people are very nice and the management is extremely responsive. If you're in the San Antonio area, I highly recommend this park. It's also quite close to downtown San Antonio.
