Tried to get information from this firm if I could pursue legal action against a former employer of mine. The only switched on employee that I dealt with is the law/administration clerk. The lawyer that contacted me to discuss my incident told me that I'd hear back within 2 days (from the day that they called me) about what action can be taken. After 16 days, I heard nothing. I e-mailed the law clerk to which I received a quick reply. To summarize the response from the law clerk - "Sorry for the delay. We can't help you with this case"
