I need for all my fellow veterans to know that if they are trying to buy a car they need to come over Waldorf Ford. My sale representative was Jean Paul, this young man is very well versed in all aspects of Ford. He answered all my questions, was very polite , very accommodating. I was treated like family. There was no pressure, he was very patient with me and took the time to explain every feature in the car that I selected. He went above and beyond to take care of me and made sure I was happy with my purchase .This was one of the best experiences I had while buying a new car, and I owe it to Jean Paul and the management team that was on duty on 9/11/21 . (Patrick the Manager , Courtney the Finance Director, and Dellare the Customer Relations Manager ) you can tell they love what they do by the way they treat their customers. I recently had scheduled regular maintenance with the Waldorf Ford in La Plata, MD and got the run around. I know Waldorf Ford in Waldorf, MD is under the same ownership but the team there is better staffed and very responsive. Every time I called to ask about a status on my truck, the assistant service manager would immediately go speak with the tech and return with an update. I appreciate the courtesy and respect that the service team at Waldorf Ford in Waldorf showed me during my time there and I will be a repeat customer to that specific location.
Look most car buying experiences are worse than getting a tooth pulled ! But not this one. I found the truck I wanted online and drove from 6 hours from North Carolina to buy it. Randy the salesman who helped me every step of the way was upfront and honest. He and the staff were actually all upbeat and fun to be around. They went out of the way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the deal we made. They treated me as if I really mattered to them. That is unfortunately rarely the case with most dealerships. Do yourself a favor and check them out if you are in the market for a vehicle. And ask for Randy you will not be disappointed.
Where do I start? I was looking online searching for a newer black Toyota Highlander. I was driving a 2006 Highlander and came across Waldorf Ford's website. Low and behold I found the vehicle I was looking for. I had my boyfriend check the vehicle out for me before I drove an hour away to purchase it. He was greeted by a professional salesman by the name of Dre Glen. Dre answered all of my questions and even was courteous enough wait for me to arrive an hour before closing. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Dre ready to show me the vehicle and take me on a test drive. I saw a silver 2018 Toyota Highlander and Dre was patient and allowed me to take that vehicle on a test drive a well. Mind you the place was closing in less than a half hour. After deciding on the right vehicle I was able to get financed, paperwork signed and out the door all in less than 2 hours. Usually when you go to a dealership you will be there for hours. I found that the friendly and knowledgeable service provided by Dre Glen was more than exceptional. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for Dre Glen. He is the G.O.A.T.!!!
This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The sales manager Patrick is the Best!! He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I highly recommend this dealership.
Do not let the dealership work on your Radio. Instead of just installing a new one, they tried to a repair a 8 year old on. One part was 390 and they were ready to sell me another part for 800. I got a after market radio and it is working fine for only 400 including installation. Even though they did not fix my problem they didn't want to refund my money for the non effective part.
Between Caleb helping me find a car that checked all of my must haves and Christine in financing, they made the entire car buying process SO much easier unlike other dealerships I ve deal with in the past. Highly satisfied from start to finish!
