Still waiting for check in, The Receptionist don't know what time the room will be ready, reason they say is "the hotel was full last day" the time now 3.40pm

Stunning Hotel. Interior five star. Exterior similar, but beach and pool are perfect. Lovely time will return

This hotel and resort is absolutely awesome. Every whim is catered for. The staff are unparalleled in their service.

We are Hilton Honors guests and stay here 1-2 times a year. The service and quality has dropped A lot over the past 12 months, I doubt we wI ll stay here again even though it was our favorite. It use to be great. The Fruit bowl in our room had half eaten bruised old fruit. Elevators not working properly to main floors. Adults pool is now the Siddharth bar with a minimum spend for cabanas. Took nearly 1 hour after arriving at the pool to get the food beverage menu and a drink. Male staff inattentive pool side. Cooler in Our room not keeping drinks cold. it s obvious something has changed since our last stay.

In the evening it looks like a golden hotel, beautifully illuminated. Very high level, it makes an impression.

Waldorf Astoria ...... for us that was 12 days like out of 1001 nights.
The hotel is fantastic. Super nice staff in all areas of the hotel whose smile came from the heart and not because it is their job, these are, mind you, our assessments. Huge clean rooms (junior suite with sea view) cleaned and tidied up to 3 times a day, international breakfast and dinner buffet with the best food, something delicious for anyone who claims to find nothing here is really regret.
Beach just top exactly how the weather. The boys on the beach are very attentive and provide you with water ice cream and sometimes with juices. We finally came to the conclusion that you can have wonderful holidays and a great level to recover. We would recommend it to everyone. And of course we come back to Inshallah.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, breakfast good but food and service unfortunately not as good as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. You have to lift heavy covers almost everywhere to see what kind of food is offered. NIGHT TABLE in brandy glasses without matching spoons. Children pool too warm, staff inattentive except the adult pool is also good cooled down. He has good service, friendly staff, good cocktails and nice ambience. In the spa one runs himself. Rooms much too dark. Massage but recommended. Room service only works with good Tipping daily since never the same the room clean. There is free water at the children's pool but this is quickly warm.

Beautiful hotel designed in Arabic style, with a large territory and a great beach. In the presence of several restaurants, bars, adult and children's pools, spacious rooms.

It is a good place to stay including with children.

Beautiful large hotel, very regal & elegant. Huge room with great views, comfy big bed & big TV. Large balcony, bathroom & walk in wardrobe. Loved the comfy dressing gown. Excellent restaurants with great choices of tasty food. We had Friday brunch outside by the beach, great location & the entertainment was a great singer & guitarist, he was a perfect match for the setting,
with great skills which made a memorable day. Highly recommend.

Majestic hotel very very nice especially in the evening with the lighting on. Many services available to customers such as rooms, villas, bars, restaurants, swimming pools, beaches with various entertainment. I mean real vacation.

Wonderful hotel with lovely interior decoration. Courteous staff and lovely rooms. Loved the lobby in particular due to its enormous size compared to other hotels.

We've been here numerous times over the past few years. Their customer service is excellent the rooms are huge and it's generally less busy than Dubai. Highly recommended if you just want to relax by the pool etc..

The second visit, this time over a longer period of residence, confirms the first impression of a "dreamlike hotel" for all the senses. Breakfast, as well as dinner, are made from fresh, often local ingredients. Similarly, the buffet Indian and Asian dishes are found, very fine. The staff are very friendly and attentive and highly motivated, despite continuous use. Also in the Waldorf one tries to save plastic and offers the hotel guests at the pool, at several water stations, fresh chilled water with ice instead of the usual plastic bottles. Class Action!

Yes without doubt fantastic service and brilliant hospitality. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Can't say I enjoyed the sea water as it was very salty. The Hotel area very nice and restaurant served a variety of food everyday.

True 5-star experience from the room to the food to the service. The salmon appetizer on the menu at the adult pool is outstanding. Would highly recommend this resort.

An absolute palace, the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

The "Waldorf Astoria" in Rash al Khaimah has its excellent reputation rightly. The suites, very luxuriously equipped. The food leaves nothing to be desired and the staff friendly, courteous and polite.

It is one of the top hotels. This starts at the reception and ends at the departure. The staff is very friendly and ready. Everything is very generous. The food is great and there is something for everyone. Whether at breakfast or for dinner. A huge variety of food around the world. And should something really be missing, it will be fulfilled by the staff. The rooms are big and spacious. Everything was very clean.
Wi-Fi and water were free as well as coffee and tea in the room. The beach is spacious and the pools very large.
The spa will spoil you at the highest level. All in all only to be recommended.

Great building and very easy to get to. Not quite the Waldorf in NYC or London. Rooms and linen are great. Had a sea facing junior suite with balcony. Comes with a Nespresso machine. My favorite. No complaints about the room. They have a buffet dinner and breakfast. Go to one of the other restaurants if you're looking for fine dining. Breakfast was well appointed, good international selection. But the coffee is horrible. Stick to the tea or juices. But you can get a cuppachino! Good selection of pools and water sports available for the adventurous. Clientele was a mixed bag of people. Definitely not very upmarket on average.

Great for young kids and very helpful and attentive staff.
Quieter than Dubai city but that's what we wanted.
The mall is a short taxi drive away. And you can get a buggy to the hilton.
We will come again.

I would give this place 4.5 due to lack of 5* service. Azure restaurant management need to do something to reduce of waiting at the pool and inside the restaurant as well. But everything else there is 5* for sure. All stuff is very polite and helpful, room was clean with a wonderful sea view. Food was very tasty. Pool and beach are clean. So I had a great time staying here.
