Pros: This position was a great opportunity for me to drive growth at Waldom Electronics. Waldom did a good job of portraying employment as being "part of the family."
Cons: Unpredicted and drastic change in company growth strategy by privately (family) held decision makers(s). Management appears incompetent and/ or ineffectual. Very disappointing.
Advise to Management: Determine if you have the right management team to successfully run this $100M business. Don t hire anyone else until you decide on and then commit to the company s direction.
I was this companies delivery person and they baited me in and gave a $20.00 tip versus the $80.00 they originally promised. 50 cases of pop was delivered for a company party for $20.00.
