Waldoch is a step above the rest! I have had them take care of all my trucks. I buy a new truck every other year and Waldoch take care of all the add ons I need. I ve never had and issue or complaint, it s been completely seamless with them. I call them, let them know what I need, they handle the rest. I drop the truck off and the next day the truck is ready to pick up. And their staff is always great to work with! Thank you again!

I brought my 2016 Tacoma here for lift, wheels, and lights. I have had multiple problems with every part of the install. The lift took multiple visits to get my truck functional without problem. They never offered a first retorc for my lift at all after the first 500miles I put on the truck, I was responsible for doing this on my own at my own expense, only 50$ that waldoch would not take responsibility for. My stabaliser indicator went off for multiple return trips to the shop. My commute to the shop was 30min one way. The lift and wheels did not fit properly with each other. I would get a wheel well rub on any turn that I would take with the slightest bump. I wish some research by the sales team would have been done for lift and tire sizing before the install was done so this wouldn't have been an issue. I am not the expert but they claim to be. The tires they sold me were substantially overpriced compared to other Goodyear retailers, this is partial my fault but I wouldn't expect to be taken advantage of over a 5k+ job. My replacement set of tires was 400$ cheaper for the exact same rubber at a different Goodyear retailer. The light bar install they did was terrible. None of the wiring was soldered, only crimped and due to this, my switches were disconnected when the wire hung low below the dash at the drivers feet. One small tug on the wires caused the crimped wire connecters to disconnect. No wiring diagram suitable for home repair was sent and I had to take it to an audio shop to get repaired. Waldoch offered nothing for my inconvenience. The lightbar itself was not mounted solid. The weight of the light bounced up and down on normal driving and caused my bumper to sag and scratch from the mount location. The mounting hardware used was not galvanized, so now I have rusty hardware that needs to be replaced as well. The lightbar also has condensation inside the fixture and needs to be replaced. I am completely dissatisfied with their work, customer service and pricing team. I would definitely not recommend this shop for any non American vehicle, they have no idea when it comes to this. Please remove the photos of my truck from your website, I no longer consent your advertising my truck with how dissatisfied I am with the job.

I purchased a Waldoch van 3 months ago and it s been one of our best decisions. My wife pushed me to look at them and I wasn t interested in getting a van at first. We ve had nothing but Ford SUVs and going to a van didn t seem that appealing to me. We have 4 kids and we also shuttle their friends around a fair bit so having room was important. We looked at other vehicles, but nothing was a good fit. After looking at a Waldoch van, I was sold. Kid s love it. Their friends love it. Wife enjoys driving it. I would rather drive it than the previous SUVs we ve owned. There is nothing better than getting in our Waldoch Galaxy van and going on a road trip or going to the cabin up north. When we re ready to buy another vehicle in the future we ll be looking for another Waldoch van.
I have been doing business with Waldoch for years! Always a 5 star rating for me. Sheila set me up with the perfect tonneau cover for my husbands birthday and the guys arranged to install it on a specific date and time so I could surprise him. The price was better than other places I had looked at too. Don and his team go above and beyond!
Can't say enough about the awesome people who work here and the owners who really care about their employees! I've worked with the employees through a wellness initiative and enjoyed the time we spent together.
Had a chance to step inside the store and see all of the accessories they have here. They have some pretty cool trucks there and staff is super friendly.
