Wal-Mart Optical Lab Review

I'm supposed to get glasses from here. I ordered them on December 17 2018. The girl in the store I ordered them from called the lab to find out the hold up. Turned out they broke the frames and now they have to start over. I will be waiting another 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. A month for glasses. It's not the ooltewah stores fault. She went out of her way to find out what's going on and apologized for the delay. I need my glasses. The ones I have are broke and falling apart..now they say my prescription was cancelled after paying in advance and waiting 3 weeks..now they're redoing them .and I have to wait another 10 days.. get your s*** together.this is unacceptable

Hired thur temp agency at best part time hour's. Walmart employees treated us like trash rude hard to get treated fairly.

This is the Walmart optical lab - not an actual store front. As such, there's not much to say from a consumer perspective. I know they used to pay decent wages and have alright benefits, but that well may have changed since.
