Wal Mart DC 6085 Review

As far as this driver is concerned best walmart dc in the country has parking for trucks unlike most that put you o. The road tired as hell. People are courteouse and polite very professional.

I deliver here a lot. One of my favorite DC'S for delivery. Still takes 2hr to get done but at least they ar consistent.

The guy working after mid night on entry don't know how to talk with driver he showing attitude rest of peoples are good

Like all Wally DCs, live (un)loading sux but d&h are great. Slightly harder than usual to find MTs here. Atypically, the staff are friendly here (apparently even Wally cannot destroy Wisconsiners' affability).

Has overnight parking and normally in and out within 3 hours. Which is good for it being a Walmart DC.

The best Walmart i been too,in and out one to two hours,overnight parking available in front of truck entrance,great people very friendly and helpful clean restrooms great job walmart.

Nice walmart, overnight parking , take you 2 hrs before appointment, same as all walmarts , open doors, unhooked , disconnect, 3hrs minimum to unload, nice and friendly at check in.

Much faster service than before. Used to take 6-8 hours to unload. Now it takes 2 or less. Outstanding improvement.

They are very nice and usually fast at getting you unloaded here as I'm here very often and have good luck timewise,also have onsite parking area just outside of the gates where you can park until your delivery time..wish they all had this setup.it makes a drivers life a lot easier..thanks Wal-Mart!!!..good job here keep up the good work here....

This place is a joke no point of there 2 hour early rule you will sit untill the unloading begins on your appointment time or 2 hour after it but they have to get you out before 4 hours of your appointment time so doesn t matter

Everybody is very friendly, and fast unload! Huge overnight parking next to gate.

Always a pleasure making a delivery at this distribution center. They even have a small lot before the guard shack for early arrivals.

Same old wally world B.S. an hour per pallet. Although they have room for about 12-15 trucks overnight if delivering.

Nice wide spaces for backing, also allowed me to check in early

Can't complain about this Walmart DC. The workers are friendly and they have a small lot outside the gate for overnight parking with dumpsters for your trash. Usually a quick unload unless they're really busy.

Great place to unload, they let u get in early.

Truck parking over full had to go to s truck stop besides that its exactly like almost every other walmart dc

I got a very fast unload appointment at 8:30 start to unload at 8:40 left at 9:18 amazing, very polite people on the office very clear with instructions, no complain at all.

Yes I agree. Wish all Wal-Mart D.C. were like this one.

This place the worst over 2 hours for 1 pallet n they are complaining stores need food just wow Walmart does not care about otr drivers but dont be late

Receiving shift doesn't begin until 1500. I arrived at 1250. My appt is 1700 for 4 pallets but was allowed to park in lot until 1500. I was able to check in at 1500. Guard was extremely nice. In dock by 1508. Red light @ 1520. Paperwork & rolling @ 1606

Love this DC. I'm here often. Stay in right lane before shack. Pull to the stop. They will come and talk to you. After you get the door from security, back in and disconnect. Put your vest and head to the office. Unloading super fast counting takes few minutes. You can check in 2 hours prior. Small parking lot before guard shack. You can reset. Super friendly and fast. Always pleasure to deliver here. Thank you.

I never like coming to these. They never seem to have enough people working at one time and it takes forever and a day to get unloaded.

This is just for today's experience. Had been the usual walmart dc in the past. Today has started very bad. Got at the gate at 6:30 for a 6:30appt and got the sticker printed at 6:33
I have been told that i am late and i would be a work in.
Got me wondering if it is my color or that i look like the muslims that got me targeted!!!!!
Asked for a print out of thier reciving policy and they refused!!!!
I wonder why!!!!!

Yeah,they nice and polite but it takes forever to get out of that place. In my experience: got a green light but have been waiting for phone call to tell me that my paperwork is ready. But it never came, I went inside and they said that they "tried" calling me but I haven't had ANY missed calls. My question is this - if you have tried calling and driver didn't answer why not send one of your yard drivers to get them so they can get out faster?

Be prepared to wait a Good while to be unloaded even if you're on time it takes an hour or more for them just to put you in a dock

One of the best Walmart DC s I go too! Overnight parking allowed outside the guard shack, can check in 1 hour before appointment! Very friendly staff as well!

Had no problems. Expect to wait, it's Walmart. Expect a two hour wait or more. Nice and friendly staff.

BEST WALMART EVER! Unloaded quickly (1hr) and they even have overnight parking.

Hey yard jockeys, speed limit is for everyone for all of our safety. 30 to 40 mph is to fast for a parking lot. The other yard guy is going the speed limit so you can't say you need to do that for your job. He seems to be getting the job done without risking peoples safety. Use to work in corrections. Not a fun place. Slow down! The life you might save may be yours.

All wal mart distribution Centers are the same. Staff is really nice but don't expect to be out of there very fast.

every one was polite, fast service. was in and out in 30 minutes. plus they have overnight parking. most definitely one of the best distribution centers I have delivered to so far.

Probably this Walmart is the best in the US, I have been in almost every Walmart in the US and I can proudly say that this is the best Walmart for the tuck drivers. They have the parking, also people are noce and friendly, please respect them and they will do the same

The best DC Walmart I've ever been.Securite guess is friendly and smiling a lots . Dropped trailer 6:00 am 7:25 done . I still can't believe Walmart DC can work that way

Only took 4 hours to unload 16 pallets. That's walmart fast.

Takes forever and I mean hours to get loaded or unloaded. Bring a book or take a nap. You will be here 3-5 hours

This DC is better than most Walmart DCs. Approximately 15 - 20 parking spaces for Semi Trucks outside the guard shack area is a major plus.

The staff has has been exceptionally friendly. They DO have overnight parking for PU and DEL. You may arrive 1 hour before your appointment time. They usually don't start loading/unloading your trailer until your actual appointment time or later but usually out in two hours from appointment time.

Be respectful and don't throw your trash on the ground etc. It is nice to be able to park for and don't want yet another place to take Semi Parking away.

It's alright. Got 'd in within 5 minutes. No brag just fact. Went 2 dock dr assigned slid tandems chocked wheels dollied down and got unloaded within 1 hr.

Thats not a really great place to work they have a very big turn over n they treat you like a little kid put u in the corner sort of speck I will never work there again sad deal don't ever try getting a job there # 6085 you won't like it trust me I know that place very well stay away your better off,, They need a Union there to look over there co workers to make it a safer place to work Union all the way we Stand better than before all the way o yeah that's the winning edge on a company

The best part about this place is they have overnight parking right outside the gate. I have never had an issue at this warehouse. Unloading had always been quick and painless. They provide clean bathrooms with a break area complete with microwave and vending machines. Plan on dropping your trailer and waiting in front of it while they unload.

Great Walmart to go to. Fast unloading compared to most Walmarts and the ladies in the Office have always been polite with a smile on their face for me which doesn t happen very much anymore.

These people with bad education and little tolerance should not work attending to drivers. Attention to the public requires many things that they do not have. It is a pity to work with people of this nature. BITTER DRINKS

Nothing bad to say about this Walmart DC. Very chill and professional folks. Arrived at 0500 for a 0520 appt and they had my 30 pallets out with paperwork done by 0600. Lots of room to back, fair amount of parking available before the gate.

I remember the folks here when they were a lot more pleasant.

Great people, very friendly. Alas they charge $50 to remove their freight from your trailer, and even though I only brought in 5 pallets it's been an hour and a half and they're still not done unloading it. This can be a real problem if you arrive short on hours...you can't park here and if they take too long you can't leave either!
