Great experience from start to Finish from my initial query . Joel Sorted out my purchase for my Rs3 quickly and efficiently. On collection there was a small rip in the leather backseat but Joel was very apologetic and made sure it was booked in a time that suited me to get it repaired and sorted . He is a Credit to the business and the best salesman I ve dealt with .

I got my car from Wakefield Audi 2 weeks ago. The car has been amazing. The car was at a good price with a good spec. Craig Fairclough was awesome and told me everything I needed to know about the car, dealt with all the paper work and arranged everything that was needed. He was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions and queries. Overall I had a superb experience as you would expect when buying any car. I love the car! Thank you Craig and to the Audi Team at Wakefield.

The response of all the staff that looked after me was very professional but more importantly friendly.
From my initial contact to taking delivery of my new car was five day s including a weekend so I was very happy.

Had a problem with an Audi bought from here about 9 months ago, took it in the service department offered us a courtesy car which wasn t required, sorted the problem under warranty within a day. Well happy even valeted the car. Keep up the excellent work guys Thank You

A quick and efficient response to our initial enquiry, a personalised video of the car which we were not expecting (very much appreciated in these difficult times) to the final hand over was perfect! We had a Test drive booked in for over a week and told there would be a q3 and q5 ready on the day nothing ready the sales person had us walking round car park in poor conditions looking for a car he could show us once he found one he had us sat in it until he scrapped the ice from windows.

And then I got a call from a business manager who's James and he explained everything very clearly and engaged. And passed to Charlotte for handling the car. She's great at answering all questions.
