We took our car in for a fixed price diagnostics, the team were super helpful in diagnosing the problems with our vehicle. We even received a complimentary clean of the vehicle.

After an appalling experience at Bradford VW we decided to try Leeds. The experience was incomparable. We were greeted by a friendly salesman who went above and beyond to help us, we were treated with respect and our enquiry taken seriously. After having issues with another dealership that I purchased my car from I was apprehensive about going to another dealership. I could not be happier with the service provided by the team at Vertu Leeds, all the staff were friendly and kept me up to date throughout my car being with them. Stephen in services was beyond helpful, he had a very high attention to detail and was very friendly. Stephen is an asset to Vertu Leeds. I would very happily come back to this dealership in future.

Called to book a test drive for one of their vehicles, they were busy so took my name and number and told me they would contact me back, never got the call back, called once again, busy again, took my name and number and promised it wouldn t happen again, no contact once again. Not impressed.

I recently purchased a new golf 8 from here. Tom Rookledge was a pleasure to deal with. He was easy to deal with and talked me through the whole process. He made sure I understood everything about the agreement I was signing and made sure everything was in place for a fast collection. He even came in on his day off to hand the car over and applied my tax refund for my old vehicle. Switched from PCP to a Hire Contract for a new car. I did everything over the phone with Rui who managed to secure a better deal for me in the long term and got me a very nice car from a few choices. Everything was nice and easy, quick process and really happy with the service. Have been a customer here for a number of years now and always been looked after.

How come I have taken a car my Touarag in for service under a flexible service explained it early because of lock down but needs to remain on the flexible option only to collect vehicle verbally check it still on flexible service to find it been set to 9400 mil next service interval because "you have a service plan" . must be a way of getting that commitment through quicker so you can start to be charged again - really annoying would have expected better

Took my car for a key coding and health check, gave my car to them, when receiving the vehicle back I noticed a dint and a scratch which I wasn t aware of prior. after contacting the dealership they offered to polish and touch up, which More

I bought a used VW Polo as a surprise 30th birthday present for my other half. I was looked after by Bailey Greaves, who is an absolute credit to Volkswagen Leeds. From my initial inquiry through to collecting the vehicle, Bailey was professional, knowledgeable and an all-round pleasure to deal with. Because of the pandemic, I was unable to see the car in person before I bought it but Bailey took the time to explain its features, history, etc. and I felt entirely at ease. When we eventually picked up the car it was in immaculate condition, the handover was lovely and we drove away very happy customers. Bailey really did go the extra-mile, excuse the pun, to make the car buying process an enjoyable experience and not just a transaction. 5-stars for VW Leeds and 5-stars for Bailey Greaves.
