I booked my car in for a diagnostic assessment as it was experiencing a few faults. There was a slightly wait on appointments but the team delivered an excellent service. I dropped my car off in the morning and was informed via telephone of the issues and emailed a copy of the assessment and that my car would be ready for collection by the afternoon. I won t hesitate in booking my car in at the Skipton branch in future!

I just waned to discuss my disappointment with Ryan the Sales manager at the Skipton Branch. ( who i have checked is not the manager in fact ! )
I called on Friday the 20th at around 5pm to discuss a car for sale, a Mercedes C Class Estate, after a short conversation I gave the details of my part exchange which Ryan explained would be difficult to obtain late in the day as it is not a car that they would retail on site.
Towards 6pm I get a call back from Ryan to explain that he will call me tomorrow morning Saturday the 21st to confirm a price and see what deal could be done I thought great.
Saturday came and went with no phone call as has today.
I have looked online and see the car has been sold, It is not so much the car has been sold as these things happen and I understand deposit secures.
My frustration even up until now no phone call back to discuss a price on my car or to see if he may have something else coming in that could help.
Ultimately, I would not be recommending Skipton Dealership / Ryan

Great dealership, very helpful staff. The salesman took us both out in a car we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and refreshingly genuine. Finally we were given a very competitive finance deal by the Business Manager, generally a very positive experience.
Absolute joke. No idea how to prep a used car sold it completely unchecked. And not even cleaned. No faith in the car whatsoever. Promised to pay a professional company to valet and just ignored the bill and basically told us to go away.
