Good company to deal with. Shipping is a little high, other wise great company.

Great price, easy shopping, I feel warm and fuzzy all over.

The product selection is excellent. The website was easy to navigate. The registration was a bit cumbersome but payment was easy.

It makes no sense to force a customer to create an account when purchasing online. There needs to be another option to check out as guest like every other website has.

Customer service was good, shipping options not so good, especially since I reside in rural Alaska. Product will be tested under the harsh conditions of Alaska wilderness, using aluminum slip joint fittings on my inflatable Pioneer X-Stream raft to make a raft frame. I will see how the fittings hold up.

I have been ordering from Wagner for many years. They always ship promptly and the quality is very good. Recently I have worked with their fabrication department on a project and they shipped us some fabricated rails. They did a fantastic job. The lady that helped me on this project was very good at her job and helpful.

Horrible and slow customer service. Right away I am accused of ordering the wrong product and they are requesting pictures of the materials with the measuring tape going across it; As if I don't know how to read a measuring tape. They said if I ordered the wrong product they would not provide a refund.

They actually suggested for me to buy another product after insulting me and hinting a refund would not happen.

Buyer beware

On line order of some standard rail components went very well. Good website overall. Have dealt with R&B Wagner for years and am quite satisfied with their products, service, and pricing.

Always Helpful. The new site is easy to navigate, parts have good stocking qty, and shipments are always on time.

Great selection of specific parts I need to fabricate with and the easiest online ordering for a company that I have ever used!

-Sales representatives don't know the product.
-Slow customer service when trying to return unused parts.
-Incompetent warehouse staff regarding prompt shipping.

We needed some additional parts for a project that was being installed and paid exorbitantly for guaranteed overnight shipping. The parts did not show the next day and after a call to Wagner it was discovered that they never shipped. This error cost my company $$$ in extra labor fees to keep the installers on site.

OK place to work. Hard dirty work but decent pay and benefits

I have worked with Wagner for 20 + years; and order many times a year. Service people are always friendly. In 20 years have only had to contact them about 10 times, including a few custom orders. Never a blip.
