Extensive book store in a special building. The bookstore is located in an old church. Due to a few clever architectural finds, the high space along the walls is filled with floors and books. The center nave of the church, however, remains spacious and offers an open view from front to back. The range of books is grouped by subject and can be called very extensive. Both form and content come together well here! Worth a visit and to browse!

This bookstore is located in the Broerenkerk and therefore has its own unique character. You taste the history while you walk past the many bookcases. A nice detail is an excavation that you can view through glass in the ground, where you can turn on the light yourself. There is also a popular brasserie.

We had to wait a very long time for someone to come and the food to be served. Burger was tasty but slightly dry. Toilets not clean.

Great location for a drink. Consumptions clean, tasty and cared for. Table fresh. The smile and friendliness was too absent in one employee and very present in the other. Is therefore the only point of attention: always show the natural cheerfulness that you as a customer like to see. Again: with 1 of the 2 serving employees this was perfectly fine!

A very nice bookstore with a nice place to read a newspaper while enjoying a cup of coffee. The range is wide. The staff is friendly and helpful. The stained glass of the old church gives the bookstore extra cachet. The location is ideal for small lectures and presentations. A place to relax when it is busy in the city.

I do not understand the people who come to waanders / vd velde to go to the toilet there. These people pay 1 euro for a visit to the toilet. But what no one sees that this toilet is not clean with corona virus, I ask myself people, where is your mind.
