I rent offices. I asked for information about the mandatory energy label for offices.
According to the operator, the person who handled it was not there.
He couldn't call back. I had to send an email with a callback request !!!
Ridiculous!
Apparently they are doing too well.
I have been very pleasantly helped by a competitor.

Very bad in communication ...

Very bad in communication ...
To get 1 answer you have to call about 17 times and send 2 mails and wait 3.5 weeks.
And never call back even if you agree with them 17 times.
Nor can they really provide any clarity about their own calculations.
