Casey was on time and showed us the complete property; all36 acres. He took his time. Answered all our many questions. He was thorough in the buying process making sure of taxes and making sure our land stayed Agricultural with the county. Could not ask for a better expert to be on our side during the process. A lot of times people don t get a buyers agent when buying land. Casey showed how much value and worth having a team member on your side of the deal brings to the table. The sellers were very nice and kind, but Casey gave us a great deal of peace of mind in the transaction.
