I was very impressed by the level of professionalism that Vermont Construction Company provided. They exceeded my expectations, were efficient and provided exceptional customer service.

It was a pleasure to deal with Dana, Joe and their great crew. We were impressed with the quality, price, communication, efficiency, etc. I highly recommend this company for roofing work and I'll be sure to call them again as other needs come up.

Joe and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. It was not an easy roof to work on and they handled it professionally and were always polite and courteous. Would highly recommend Vermont Construction to anyone.

The crew showed up and worked hard from beginning to end. They cleaned up everyday and my roof came out beautiful. I highly recommend.

Dana came out to the house in early March. We discussed my interest in building out a patio as well as getting an estimate for a 3-season porch. He quoted numbers off the top of his head - $10,000 for a stone patio, and $80,000 for a 3-season porch. He then offered to tour around the home for other potential projects.
After that home visit, there was no follow up for 3 weeks. I emailed to ask, as this was not a priority project, and what kind of estimate he had on the project. Michelle emailed back simply to say again "you'd be looking at around $10,000" then sent me a terms and conditions. No mention of materials used, labor, time frame, et - nothing to indicate how this estimate came about. I emailed 2 more times to ask for these details with no replies since then.
Very unprofessional business, will never consider in the future.

A big thank you to the guys at KMC!! I had hired another company, and twice they did not show up to the appointment THEY scheduled. I had never heard of KMC, they showed up they day they were supposed to and my new bathroom and shower look great!

Very happy with the communication, cost and speed of their work! We had our 30+ year old roof replaced and it was a very reasonable price. The crew was polite and communication (which no one communicates now-a-days) was very good - text, e-mail, phone all good! Thanks!

Joe and his crew did a fine job considering my roof was being put on during the biggest snowstorm this winter. There were a few bumps along the way but everything was handled promptly and professionally. The roof looks great. Will give them a call when we decide to remodel our kitchen.

VT Construction installed a new roof, including extension of eaves and rakes. Joe and his team were very personable and professional. Joe did a great job communicating any issues and provided multiple solutions. The project manager made a point to meet with me when he was onsite and made sure I knew he was available for any questions or issues. While it was a smaller job it was well planned and carried out in under the time estimated. I also want to note that all employees wore masks when needed per COVID 19 guidelines, which was much appreciated!

I would highly recommend KMC if you need a roofing contractor. Dana and his crew were nice and professional. After I requested a quote, he called me back the same day. The price seemed fair, and I love my new roof!

VT construction company got me a quote for a new roof almost immediately and once accepted, they were roofing less than a week after that. They showed up and got it done and it looks great. They use high quality materials and plan to use them again in the future.

From quote to first shingle, the turn around on getting started on our new roof was very quick. Joe and his crew were very professional, communicated clearly progress and any challenges found and did quality work. They also left the place cleaner then when they came.

Vermont Construction Company completed a significant remodel and upgrade to our kitchen, mudroom and first floor bathroom. We had some initial plans when we met them, but David quickly pointed out we'd be doing a lot of work and still end up with a small kitchen. They suggested taking out a load bearing wall, which we never had considered, and the end product is amazing. Their ideas and experience came into play whenever we were unsure and it ended up being a big project with great results. All staff and sub-contractors were top notch.

Clearly, Joe and his crew have done a lot of roofs. They act as cohesive team, working constantly from the moment they showed until the moment they left three days later. My greatest fear in contracting a crew to replace my roof was ending up with an ad hoc group of guys who would muck the job up. Vermont Construction s management team, David, and Dana, bid the job with detailed commitments in writing. Joe, the site foreman, and his team moved kayaks, equipment stands, umbrellas and two sets of deck/patio furniture, along with other personal items before they started the tear down of the old roof; and they took great care to not destroy my landscaping and flower beds by covering things with heavy drop cloths and placing plywood sheets around susceptible patio windows. They cleaned up after themselves and each was solicitous of my satisfaction; they were a pleasure to have on my property. Very happy with my choice.

Vermont Construction is everything we hoped for in our full, 3 room reconstruction in our 250 year old farmhouse. Our kitchen, dining and living room went from a dark, enclosed, separated living space to an all inclusive, sunny and airy, up to date, contemporary, spacious modern farmhouse. We couldn't be happier. All of VT Construction workers were knowledgeable, skillful, highly qualified, diligent, hardworking, polite, engaging people who strove every day to work with us on our dream project. Vermont Construction always went above and beyond to make sure that all the minor details were perfected as they went through each step of this vast reconstruction. When we live in our new gorgeous kitchen, dining room and living room, we are awestruck at its' beauty. The sun shines in to all of our new home from morning to sunset. On a snowy, or rainy day, we love seeing out of all the windows at the storm as we are wrapped in the warmth of our lovely new space. THANK YOU VERMONT CONSTRUCTION!!!!!

We had our roof replaced by VCC. Price was great and the crew,
( Joe,Jason,Wes,Andy and Andy) were very professional and efficient.
The work was completed on schedule. (Mid Febuary) Great job of cleaning up work area.

They replaced our asphalt shingle roof. They were very efficient and timely with a competitive price. Got a quick estimate and install date. The crew worked very hard and were protective of our premises, cleaning up very well. Overall very satisfied.

It was tricky getting the job started, but once under way, Joe's crew did a great job. They were professional, easy to get along with, and were in and out in under a week. The new roof looks good.

Highly recommended, the price was right and the work was done well. Dana and the whole crew were nothing but friendly, and we're loving the new roof, fascia/trim and gutters.
